Cigarettes are under 5 bucks usually, which is also a plus. Tons of pumps so its never crowded or crazy to get in and out of, and a broad variety of items you'd not expect to find at a gas station. Need a deer skin rug? A wooden rocking chair? A locally made take and bake casserole? Local candies and or fudge? A wide enough variety of cheese and wine to put together a nice charcuterie board at home on the fly? And wait....wait....wait a minute....think about this for a second....they have over 50 beer taps and will sell you a pint, a quart, a half gallon or a gallon of whatever you need and the prices are very competitive. Oh yeah...I forgot to mention that there's a permanently attached BBQ truck that sits next to it in the parking lot...so yeah. Just soak all that in and remember that we're talking about a gas station. Both of those things are typically non-negotiables for me at gas stations, so I would not personally choose to frequent this Murphy USA location if those inconveniences are the norm. The gas is better priced than other gas stations in the area and while it is definitely more of an outside type place, they still have refrigerators out there and sell the various sodas and whatnot. All In all, I have to recommend this place, especially when you consider that the gas is significantly less than the other gas stations in the area.
