It is incredibly clean, well lit, and still has the lowest prices in town. This location is easily located right off 65. Thank you for this change, we needed a nice gas station like this in Homewood with reasonable prices.

My favorite part is the new electronic air pumps that they recently put in. Air is $1.50 for four minutes, but the best part is that you can pay with your debit or credit card (in addition to quarters). You just plug in the PSI for your tires, start pumping, and the machine will beep at you when the tire is full. Very convenient and easy! I'll definitely go here every time I need air in my tires! No more searching for the elusive air pump!

They are both just off of Interstate 65, so I guess it depends which way you decide to head, whether right or left, whether you save a few pennies on every gallon of gasoline that you purchase. Inside of this gas station has the usual convenience store items and the staff is relatively friendly. I guess if you live in the neighborhood this is not a bad place to grab some gasoline I may be a water or a soda for yourself.

I went and pulled the tag from the cooler. Then she then she argued they were not the right size. Showed her the tag and the bottle said 700 ml. She then said the tags were old. Would not honor the price on the shelf, made up reasons why when it was shown to her. In the days of quickly swiping a card, I wonder how much mislabeling and overcharging they have done. This is WRONG. Bad business practices. Look forward to taking my business across the street to the Chevron.

Clean, new pumps with the touch screens that make me feel like Elon Musk driving a spaceship. Gas is soooo much cheaper out in Hoover than it is closer to town! Almost a 50 cent difference [I'll meet you at the candy shop]. This place gets busy around rush hour, but I didn't have to wait!

Anyways, this place, which apparently is fairly new, is fantastic. Plenty of room for parking and navigating the pumps. When filling up looked online and its one of the best for fuel prices in the area. No trash blowing around the lot. Inside was super clean. Wide aisles, well stocked shelves. Large restroom facilities that were spotless. Friendly helpful cashiers. Basically, this place checks all the boxes that a convenience store should. Hope everything is kept up in the future.

I go out of my way to go to marathon at times in order to keep my reward points, so it's frustrating that they don't seem to record at this location. They are kind of located on a hillside and don't have spectacular access for larger vehicles (referring to moving trucks, vehicles with trailers, etc). When I say small they have a grand total of 4 pumps, well two pumps that are 2 sided. For me they are just ok, it's partially because of my temperamental car. For some reason it is very, very picky about the actual pump that is put into it and will do the auto shut off unless I move the handle around several times at certain gas stations. This happens to be one of those gas stations. At the end of the day I was able to fill up and they filled my needs, but overall just a 3 star...nothing special, nothing outstandingly bad. They fit the bill for what I was after.

Both of those things are typically non-negotiables for me at gas stations, so I would not personally choose to frequent this Murphy USA location if those inconveniences are the norm.
