The store has a lot of good snacks and beverages, along with some charges and headphones for travelers. Bathrooms are super tiny but always seem to be clean when I'm passing through. Never went inside for receipt or anything else - just left location. Next morning, a charge showed up on credit card account from Pilot attempting to charge $176. Someone at this PILOT location, who has access to credit card info, attempted to commit fraud. I wonder how many other current/former customers had fraudulent charges added to their credit card accounts by this business. Law Enforcement is useless (since the bank stopped the attempt and reversed charges). The $21 of gas that I actually spent at the pump has never been charged. Waiting to see if PILOT attempts to add the $21 I did pump. If and when that happens, we will know who the fraudster is, but Law Enforcement would care less since nothing was actually gained by the attempt.
