Unfortunately, we won't be returning. The owner has become extremely rude to customers. Most recently, he told my husband that he "messes up the bathroom every time," which was completely disrespectful. The bathroom is also consistently disgusting, with mold and leaking issues. We've also experienced prices changing at checkout, and we have concerns about vape products being sold to young girls. After supporting this business for 2 years, we're taking our business elsewhere. This place seriously needs better management and customer service.

Driving into work in this weather is incredibly dangerous and I am absolutely horrified that corporate demanded their pharmacy staff come into work this morning. CVS is focused solely on one thing and that is money. The lack of concern for their staff's safety is deplorable and infuriating. CVS corporate is selfish and cares more about money than keeping their employees safe. It's laughable to me that these higher-ups demand their morning pharmacy staff drive at 7 am in the dark unplowed roads meanwhile they are at home in their safe and warm homes. CVS corporate is disgusting and slimy and they don't deserve to be in charge of a goldfish let alone human lives.

This time, I went in and went to the consultation desk because I had a question that needed answered there. Pharmacist was super nice. He had pulled my medication from the shelf. He told me I would have to get in the other line to pay, totally fine. I waited and got to the kiosk, and I informed the tech that he had already pulled my medication. I wasn't sure if they still needed my info. She got snippy with me at this point. Mind you, I had seen her be snippy with another customer bc she had multiple individuals she was picking up for. I got stern with her, did not yell but definitely raised my voice when she was asking which pharmacist pulled my medication and acted like I was lying. At this point I was irritated because of the situation. She then checked me out and said "have a nice day" in a condescending voice, to which I gave no response. She then said "or not" to me. Never in my life would I have thought it was okay to mouth off to a customer. So every person who doesn't respond to you saying that you mouth off???? And to top it off, I turned around to say something back, and she was already gone from the counter. Ran to the back like a coward after being unprofessional. I just left the store and called to ask for the pharmacy manager. She took down my name and number because it was later in a Friday so he wasn't there. Do you think I ever received a call...?

The restrooms are clean-ish (for a gas station) and the retirees that gather here any given weekday morning are adorable and pleasant and give it a sort of homey-small-town atmosphere. There is almost always at least one flavored coffee that is out of service (and I really wish the employees would put an "Out of Order" sign on the affected dispenser so I don't end up with a cup full of foamy, flavorless water. Again.), but there are always plenty of other flavors to choose from.
