They never sent a message or called letting me know that the prescription was ready so it needed to be refilled again as that was a mistake on their end. The person I spoke to said that they would refill it and have it ready for me the next day. Well, the next day rolls around and my husband goes to pick up our son's prescription. They told him it was not available and they would have to fill it again and make him wait 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, my husband walks up to the counter and when he asks them if they have the prescription ready or not, they told him he has to go get it himself. Why make my husband wait when you're not refilling a prescription like you said you would be? These people are ab idiots and they are terrible at their jobs, we always struggle with our insurance here. We never had any of these issues with CVS. So we will be doing that from now on because Walgreens, especially this location, is an absolute shit show with workers who don't know how to do their own jobs.

The pharmacy on the other hand is so unprofessional, unorganized, and overall rude. There are some nice employees but it is just an absolute mess. They never respond to prescribers in a timely manner, if they don't respond, they will just act like it is not their job to fill these prescriptions. As someone who needs daily medication, they are the worst people to work with. I have been coming here for a decade. Every 90 days I am reminded why I want to change pharmacies. Don't tell me you are closing ten minutes before the time. I just left urgent care and came straight to this pharmacy. I got a text my prescription was sent at 5:37. The pharmacist rudely said she received it "2 min ago," and flippantly told me to drive to the 24 hour Walgreens, which is miles down the street in Sat traffic, and I'm sick. I said I have a paper copy of the prescription, so I will just go to CVS. Another tech told me I couldn't because they already ran the insurance. After back and forth, the pharmacist raised her voice and just said she would fill it- like it was a huge imposition. Rude, rude, rude. It took her no more than two min to put the antibiotics in the container. I was out of there before 6 pm. Appalling "customer service." Universities seem to be churning out a new batch of callous pharmacists with zero interpersonal skills. She needs to do her job without an attitude. I've met awesome MDs with way better attitudes than this pharmacist.

I'm sorry for saying this, but I'm not really sorry. EVERYONE IN THE PHARMACY are RUDE!!! They always seemed annoyed when you're picking up prescriptions or calling them for questions. They always in a hurry and if you're not quick enough, they will hang up on you!! I get it, they're busy. But all pharmacies are busy, but they're not rude!!! They have a line or something, but can't they be polite? Ask the customer if there's anything that they can help you with? Or at least speak nicely, NOT like they're ANNOYED because you ask more than 2 questions! It seems like they don't want to talk to anyone more than 30 seconds and it will take you at least 5 minutes to get a live person if you're lucky! That's why I don't go to CVS.
