I cancelled my contract and made the final payment prior to the end of the 6 month term. This was in August of 2016. Yesterday 7/8/19 (Yes, 3 years later) out of the blue, Regus sent me an invoice for a balance and late fees with itemized dates of April 2019 and June 2019. I have not used their offices or services since 2016!!!! I have not heard from them since my final invoice 3 years ago when it was paid in full. They send invoices monthly, so if I actually had a balance from 3 years ago, I'm sure I would've received a bill back then. DO NOT RENT SPACE OR USE THEIR SERVICES. Instead contact Opus Virtual Offices or River Park Executive Suites. I did not have a problem with their business until receiving the invoice in error. If they admit to their error and zero the account as they should, I will remove this negative review, but until then anyone considering using their services should really reconsider.
