Offer to take them to court then not get them there and take them to the jail and pull their bond right there. My ex used to get out for free and make payments. I was always the one that signed and made all the payments on his bonds, but when I needed to bond out, it was all or nothing. But, that's not why I'm leaving this review. I called her to try and bond my current boyfriend out and when I talked to her 2 days ago she was all for bonding him out with some money down and making payments. I had $400 of the $765 on a $5000 bond and a first offense. Then, today when I called to do the paperwork and pay her, she changed her mind. When I asked why she said "bc I don't feel like it." WTF!!

When I needed a Bail Bondsman, I checked online reviews for several Bail Bondsmen and I am so very glad I chose Mr William Garza's Bail Bond Service. I had never needed a bail bondsman before, so I was overwhelmed, scared, and feeling helpless when I made the first call to this establishment. I was taken by pleasant surprise when all employees were kind, non-judgmental, willing to very patiently explain each step of the process and keep me updated more than my attorney did. Every time I called, they knew who I was and remembered details of my case. This was clearly one of the most stressful times of my life, but the employees including Mr Garza took the time to really help me grasp what was happening so I wasn't in the dark. They treated me with respect and dignity and I will truly never forget that. Thank you again, #Team BailBondService. I will forever be grateful. -Michelle
