Our basement carpet had become something of a litter box to our aged cat and we had to decide whether to replace it or clean it. Matthew from Cini Steamers called me within an hour of my sending an email request and quoted me a much more reasonable price than another bigger competitor. He arrived a few minutes early, was very respectable and polite and most importantly, did a very thorough and excellent job of removing any signs of the cat odour and mess. He used a black light to find the worst spots and treated them right away. He moved the larger pieces of furniture we had in the room in order to clean behind and under them. We are more than pleased with the job he did and highly recommend this local company. read more
