When I first called to get a quote, they were professional and worked with my schedule to set up a time to come in and have a look. When the guy showed up to have a look, he asked a bunch of questions to make sure I would get exactly what I wanted. The same person then came back to take final measurements and a couple of months later, when my windows arrived (I had ordered them just before Christmas, so the delay was only due to the holidays) the same person installed them. The consistency is nice - no need to repeat anything and no fear of miscommunication. They were in and out in two days and the windows look amazing. They cleaned up locked up after they left each night and even left me a note to tell me what had been done during the day. I'd recommend these guys to anyone who asked.

Buyer beware. This business took $3250 from us as a deposit for the windows. Vitali, the owner…read morestated that Window City needed this to start production on our windows. We explained the turn around time that we needed the windows done as we have an infant and the windows on our fixer upper are not adequate. He said it was possible and that he would have our windows installed "the last week of October, first week of November at the latest". After many times not showing up and telling us all kinds of insane stories, he did not show up for the latest date that he said they would be coming (December 9, 2019). After calling him multiple times in order to find out what was going on, he finally answered and said he could not afford to pay the balance owing on our windows. After repeatedly contacting Window City in order to try and get our windows (they don't deal directly with customers, only with window dealers) they felt bad for us so explained that no money had been pay on our windows and the full balance was owing. Now it is December 15th and Vitali continues to tell various stories about why he cannot repay us. Some including his etransfer limit is maxed out, he paid window city $2700 but they put it on another account, his daughter has to send the transfer but she's sick. His communication skills are seriously lacking and it's quite clear that he does not comprehend how to run a business or have any customer service skills. As of now, he has provided no services to us and taken $3250 from us with clear intention of ripping us off. Avoid this company at all costs.

Save your money and go elsewhere . I've owned plenty of doors in my life but never had problems…read morelike the ones from Dans discount windows and doors. Within less than one year from having a new front door installed by Dans, it's been nothing but problems . The wood around the striker broke shortly after install, I called them and they talk to you like you've never used a door before , they put all the blame on us for being too aggressive opening and closing the door and the project manager constantly had to leave multiple times for personal problems (which has nothing to do with the customer- we all have problems in life) ) - all this with a lifetime warranty on the door, which they point out when purchasing but they don't honour it. The hardware on the door never stays tight so every month I've have to re tighten all the hardware (which is absurd ) and they said they would try to fix the broken wood by the striker but they never return your call or show up - I'll be replacing this door before it's even 3 years old because I'm sick of the maintenance required to just keep it operational . Worst customer service I've ever had . Save your money and buy elsewhere. Buyer beware I only gave one star because I couldn't give zero stars

First we had a gentleman, can't remember his name, who was patient with us while helping choose our door. He knew the right colour that would go with our brick and also the glass design that would work best for our home. We trusted his opinion and he was bang on. The windows were also replaced in the front and he chose a colour that would compliment the door. When everything was installed, the installers were courteous and professional. They were very meticulous about the finishing and did an awesome job cleaning up after. We are totally impressed with them. Highly recommend.
