What an amazing place an idea! I enjoy going to the movies And honestly this place took me back when I was a child going to the movies it gave me that nostalgic exciting feeling again. Love all the nostalgic movie artifacts throughout the theater! Brought back so many great memories. The seats are couches something I've never experienced before but was great to enjoy. Love the small business feel and I will always support small businesses. I had the great honor to talk to the owner Christian about what an amazing job he and his wife are accomplishing by purchasing and taking run down theaters and making them new and exciting with the throwback feel for a movie feeling like myself I think this was the best idea ever!! We both agreed that movies should be enjoyed together at a big screen not at home on a streaming service. I wish Christian and his family and this fabulous idea of bringing theaters back nothing but the best moving forward and I hope they bring an open one in Monterey so I can enjoy on a weekly basis! .

an incredible place to go on the weekend for a day trip to tiburon! my partner and i went to watch nuremberg and the experience was great! i felt like i was getting high value for what i paid (the popcorn itself is pretty value for 7$ for a small and they also have plenty of custom seasonings you can put!) the theatre was super nice and cozy. couches have firm cushions, which is great for those with back pain/issues. temperature inside was comfortable (not too cold or hot), and the facilities were clean. highly recommend this establishment as part of a day trip itinerary for tiburon!

It was our first time here and it was an ok experience. We reserved the sofa to be more comfortable but it wasn't all that comfy and there was trash left on it. Our show time started at 2 and when we arrived, there was a happy birthday image on the screen of a kid on there for 20 mins. One lady in the movie was so upset she went to go ask when the movie was starting multiple times. We ordered the pizza which was a joke honestly. It was more interesting that one of the workers offered me ketchup? I asked for Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes but they didn't have none. It was very aesthetically pleasing inside but an overall okay experience. I think I'd rather go to an actual AMC for the same price, be able to recline my seat, and have service directly at the seat.

Have you been yet!? This 3 screen, cozy, grab your tapas and adult beverage and settle into a comfy chair is not the movie theater of your teens. If you love the sticky floors of larger cinema-you will be disappointed If you love discovering iconic decor that is a love letter to cinema you will have found yourself in the right place. Find them in the lobby, fun touches in the restroom and Alfred Hitchcock lurking in the lobby. The owners are here to have a good time. Note the screening rooms names like Minvera and Mojo Dojo Casa. Screens are large and blemish free (4K) Seats are comfy and ample to matter your size with cup holders and side trays for your tapas (you didn't forget your popcorn did you?) Sounds is great-not blaring and not flat--just right Star reduced for projection issue with customers heads in Minerva theatre. Only an issues as late folks Sat or early folks let--I'm a credits gal. Wish list -- a few recliner chairs perhaps in the first row and the mezzanine row.

Shout out to Cinelounge and its owners for brining some much needed fun and excitement to town. Being a small business is insanely hard and this one is continuing to rise above and do everything they can to serve their guests in every way they can. Loving the food menu, wine list, the endless events and of course the classic movies. Keep it up Cinelounge! If you have come and had a less than perfect experience, I urge you to give them another try. It really is a special place and we hope they continue to stick around and thrive here in Tiburon. XOXO

Hadn't seen a movie in theaters since before the pandemic, but my first visit here last summer got me wanting to watch movies in theaters again! At this one specifically. One reason why I like Cinelounge so much, other than being such a cute boutique theater, is that they have $5 movies on Tuesdays! (Or at least as of a couple of months ago they did.) With fees it's about $6 or so. And while the seats aren't the reclining with footrest kind, they are comfy enough. I haven't tried their food yet, but I think it's cool that they have Tony's pizza, which you can even just order for pickup/takeout and I believe delivery. There's a parking lot right out front, but it's pretty pricey. You can find free parking a few blocks away though (two hour time limit until 6pm). It's a gem of a movie theater in my opinion :)

    Super comfy seating.

Saw Nosferatu here a few weeks ago. Such a fun experience. The theater really was like a lounge! Seats were incredibly comfortable. We didn't order any food, but a number of others did and all their food was delivered directly to their seats. How nice. I would love to go back.

Thank you Cinelounge for a fun evening. Christian, it was lovely to meet you. This movie theater is quirky, pink, and fabulous in the best ways. This is a small theater in Tiburon with loads of character. Every part of this experience brings a touch of movie magic. The snack options are beyond your typical popcorn with samosas, the famous Tony's pizza, specialty treats, and more. There's also beer and wine! We ordered a Tony's pie and it was gone before the movie started, oops. We booked a love seat, which is a sofa instead of those uncomfortable theater seats. It was a nice touch. The couch covers could use a wash, btw. Overall, it was a fun night and I hope to return for an event or movie soon.

In the theater having a nice glass of wine and enjoying Deadpool and Wolverine.

Best theater experience for any age and move lover. The atmosphere is amazing. 10 out of 10 Will make a drive to be at this theater again.

What's the parking situation? Are there days when parking is free nearby?

No free parking. My daughter has a hard time walking far distances and with us having to park by woodlands market, it was a struggle. You'd think they'd validate parking in front of the theater!! Tiburon Playhouse did!

He did this with everyone who came in, took the time to learn our names, and even performed magic while we were waiting for the stage show. That was amazing enough already, then the stage show started. Not only was the magic and mentalism great, his demeanor and excitement for what he was doing was palpable. Nothing personal here...I'm just reviewing my reading. Given that she has so many amazing reviews, I am disappointed! I do not feel that Liz was connecting with me. It took a while for her to find my energy and her revelations about me did not really seem relevant to my life. I felt that she needed to ask a lot of questions and needed considerable direction from me to know what to say. I guess in the past with other psychics I've let them do all the talking. When it came to the people in my life and my family, she was not very accurate. I.e. she said that my mom was isolated and has a hard time making friends -- my mom is really the most social and bubbly person I know. Most importantly, the main "issues" in my life that I came to see her for she didn't not hit on as I'd hoped she would. At one point she asked if I was an engineer--yikes, that would be my most dreaded and failed career choice ever! I felt that she was more concerned about discussing my self-worth and confidence, which to be honest I'm not struggling with. Some of the things she said were broad and could be applicable to any young man in his mid-20's, but I was hoping more to discuss specific career paths and my future (all of which came out pretty vague). All in all, I left not really knowing anything new. I did enjoy the Tarot Card readin though. She said that she studied to be a psychic...but I would've prefered somebody that was inherently a psychic from birth, it felt a bit amateur. Clearly, Elizabeth Rose is doing something right as I'm the only person here with a negative review. I hope she has continued success and the others have a more enriching experience, but I guess we were both having an off-day!
