I purchased four caramel apples online for pick up for $54, and when I asked to have them sliced, I was told it was an inconvenience at the time even though I know your stores typically offer slicing. At that price point, I expected a more accommodating level of service. Slicing the apples makes them much easier to enjoy and share, and it was frustrating that such a simple request wasnt handled more considerately. Ive always appreciated your products, but this experience left me let down. I hope youll consider making the slicing option consistently available and customer-friendly in the future.

It was 15 mins or so prior to closing time. Upon entry, I wasn't greeted right away probably because they were attending to two other customers. Eventually, a lady walked over and offered me a sample chocolate as they usually do. Thank you ma'am! It's a good size shop. Not too big nor too small. They have a neat wall art with a lollipop to measure your height. Creative! One side of the shop has all the pre-packaged chocolate boxes, cans, etc. My go-to is Nuts and Chews. The other side is where you get in line and when it's your turn, you get to build your own box or bag of delicious chocolates. Let's get what satisfies our sweet tooth! I bought about one pound worth of rum..almond..peanut nougats, pecan..almond buds, and scotchmallows. Some flavors come in milk chocolate and others come in dark chocolate. I like both kinds. I'll get what I can based on their availability. I didn't try any new flavors. They usually don't make my top cut for some reason. It would have to be really really good. Sometimes when they already have the best flavor, it's really hard to beat IMHO. Despite of the increase in the price of $32 per pound, I am still happy to support See's Candies. I got hooked on some varieties I have not tried before just because of the free samples. I am thoroughly impressed with their sugar free chocolate covered peanut brittle and how good it tasted.
