You do get charged a service charge for cancelling a pet's appointment without enough notice, this is a FAIR practice which keeps the prices down and crates out!

While I would still recomment…read moreCottage Grove Groomers because they were very good with my dog Sigred, I switched to another place here in Cottage Grove because I didn't like my dog being kept in a crate for more than an hour, with a bunch of other dogs around making noise and stressing her out. It always seemed to be two to 3 hours from drop off to pick up. Other than that they were always very nice and my pooch looked great after.
