In short the staff is very friendly and they really want you to find what you're looking for. This place is alway my ace in the hole when I need something elegant, on fleek and unique for any events. I've also lost a lot of weight and a lot of my closet staples have been coming from the Royal Duchess. My first time there I bought a few shirts. The price point is moderate but the quality is out of this world. I'm hard on my clothes and they have held up through washes and stains. The next few times I've visited I've needed dresses/ outfits for events or it was pay day and I'm all about shopping. Haha. Every time I've been there, I have used their dressing rooms. They are very spacious and furnished well. The mirror situation is great. The atmosphere is such that when you walk out of the dressing room to look at other mirrors, you don't feel awkward. Sales associates and even customers are very positive and helpful. It's a great environment for those who may want help styling themselves or are shy. Chanel (sp?) is a face I see all the time. Her suggestions are spot on and I don't feel like she's trying to up sell me. (I am very sensitive to that. haha.) She hooked me up with their snapchat and instagram. As cliche as this sounds, if you're in love with something, get it. Part of being on trend means stock is what it is. Once it sells out, odds are it wont be back. There are also a good amount of things on sale. I did have an exchange and it was hassle free. Be aware that they only do exchanges within 14 days. Thats probably why the dressing rooms are so nice so you know exactly what you're getting. If you're someone who follows fashions and trends, this is the spot to hit up. :)

I remember my younger sister and I got terrible attire and an ugly bridesmaid dress for my older brother and sister-in-law's wedding back in late 2003. It was a most discomforting feeling, and it wasn't made of the best material; it made us look like we grabbed sheets to cover our bodies! Horrific, terrifying nightmare, outrageous, annoying customer service! The girls at the boutique were extremely nasty to us and didn't do their job! I thought it would be a hassle to make online returns in store but not at this location.
