Stares and dirty looks are one thing but a mumbled "gross" from one of the employees is another, I have no idea what her name is but her description is: has a BBL and overdue filler. it's terrible they have people like her working there not only for the stores sales but for the stores future. "Luxury" should be the last thing displayed on this stores front nothing Luxury about it, not even the customer service met the standard. The only reason why I rated this place a one star was because of the nice lady that seemed to be the owner at the end of the visit, the young girl who helped us with what we needed, and also cause I can't rate 0 stars which is what they deserve. NEVER WILL RETURN. DO BETTER!

The wedding dress shopping experience should be memorable and Pink Poodle Dress Company did not…read moredisappoint. I never would have thought that my wedding dress would be selected virtually. I thought the wedding dress experience could only be in person. With covid restrictions, we had no choice but to connect with a vendor that could accommodate my needs. I connected with Shawn and we agreed to set up a virtual meeting. I added my daughter virtually to help me with the selection. My daughter was so impressed with the way Shawn worked with us that she said to me "She is the only vendor that listened to you, your dress is at Pink Poodle." The dresses at Pink Poodle are high-fashion, designer gowns for a fraction of the price. Shawn curated a selection of wedding dress for me to view, at various price points. She showcased dresses and reviewed the silhouette and detail of the gowns. She was attentive to my style and presented incredible dresses she had in her lounge. Once businesses could open, Shawn scheduled an appointment for me to try on the dress I fell in love with online. The salon was extremely clean and she only took one customer a day to ensure she complied with a covid safe environment. Upon entering the salon, she shared with me new arrivals. Ironically enough, the dress I fell in love with online was the dress I selected. I was more in love with it in person. She ordered my dress and it came back in record time. She had a seamstress on site that did the alterations. She assured me that she would have as many fittings as needed for me to have the perfect fit. In addition to bridal dresses, she carries an entire line of accessories from jewelry to hair pieces to second dresses. I strongly recommend Pink Poodle Dress Lounge because the professionalism, communication and overall experience was second to none. She made the dress shopping experience amazing!
