They do schedule quite a ways in advance ... I believe we booked his June procedure back in early April. I also believe your dentist has to refer you here, so do keep that in mind as you're doing your research. Getting to the actual office was quick and simple ... they're located right near CVG. The parking lot is spacious, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. My fiancé was scheduled for an 8:30 a.m. procedure, and they took him back right away. Since getting your wisdom teeth out requires anesthesia, they require your driver to wait on the premises for the entire surgery. They allow you to wait in the lobby, or in your car. They've obviously put time and effort into making the lobby someplace you wouldn't mind waiting ... they even provide free WiFi! I was under the impression that I would be there for two hours ... but Dr. Pagnotto had him in and out of surgery in 45 minutes! Everyone was so kind and helpful, and the medication/pain literature they provided us with after the procedure was very detailed. If either of us ever needed oral surgery again, this is definitely where we'd prefer to go.

The front desk staff was great emailing me all the necessary paperwork to complete for the appointment as well as handling all of the insurance needs. All details of the procedure were explained very clearly. Most importantly as someone that has high anxiety about dental procedures, I felt very comfortable and pain free during the entire process. Everyone was very nice. I also feel like they go above and beyond with personal iPod music and headphones during the procedure, a warm moist herbal towel and pain medication for after. Definitely 5 star treatment!

This is my thrid visit to Dr. Bramy. The first was for a root canal. I'm no stranger to root…read morecanals, but I was new to the area. My dentist recommended Dr. Bramy and I quickly found out why. He and his staff are professional, informative, and kind! I have some anxiety towards root canals because I had a bad experience years ago. Dr. Bramy ensured me I'd feel no pain and patiently explained the procedure before he started. I was done within an hour and there were no issues. The second visit was what my dentist (and I) thought was going to be another root canal about a year later. Dr. Bramy uses state of the art equipment and after doing the scans, assured me my tooth did not need a root canal. I can't tell you not only how relieved I was, but mostly how much I appreciated his sincere honesty! Fast forward to yesterday: I saw Dr. Bramy a few weeks ago and indeed did need another root canal. The soonest they could get me in was a few weeks later. A few days ago I called and explained the constant pain I was experiencing, so I was put on a cancellation list. Christy from Dr. Bramy's office called yesterday and said they could get me in that day. Dr. Bramy started with the usual numbing procedure, and came back 15 minutes later to check and see how I felt. My tooth still hurt, so he administered more. Again, 15 minutes went by and the tooth still hurt, so he gave me more. Fifteen minutes later, it was better but he will not start until you can feel no pain and I especially appreciate that! He then did some different kind of numbing procedure. That almost did it, but again, he isn't satisfied until you are completely numb. The last one finally did the trick. I want to emphasize, I didn't feel rushed at all. He also never expressed frustration, only patience and kindness. His assitant was also so comapssionate. The roots on this molar were difficult to get to but Dr. Bramy and his assitant worked flawlessly together. They also do another scan after the prodedure to make sure it was successfully completed. I definitely recommend Dr. Eric Bramy and his staff very highly!

The anesthetic went in very slow and I didn't even feel the needle. Procedure was very short! I Had five fillings on one side and I was really worried about my bite being uneven. My bite is perfect! Very friendly and helpful staff as well UPDATE: I had my other side filled and MY BITE WAS PERFECT AGAIN!! I am beyond happy with the work done and outcome. First I had to pay a new patient deposit. Never had to do this for any of my previous dentists. I should have been given a new customer deposit instead for the service I was about to receive. During my initial appointment I was told that i needed quite a bit of work totaling $6220. Basically was told a few other things i needed not included in this price as well. The first item i did need done but the rest seemed way more than my last dentist had recommended. Scare tactics that made me angry. I prepaid for the first service/appointment ($2075) in full before any work had been done. After the visit and once my insurance finally paid their portion I asked to be reimbursed what was remaining ($875). Had to call several times to get this rectified to only be told I did not know how my dental insurance worked. Fast forward to my wife and daughter going for cleanings. Never got a bill only a late payment notice saying we owed for these visits in full. I had my insurance statement showing they had paid their part several months before I received the late notice. Conover lost the payment somehow. Had to go in their office in person because over the phone they could not understand what I was telling them. Went in and paid my part and told them they needed to rebill my insurance. Got another late payment notice for this same bill stating if not taken care of it could go to collections. They could not even transfer our dental records to our new dentist correctly. My new dentist visit revealed I did not in fact need all the above work. The work i did have at Conover still hurts as well. But hey they give you some cool socks. I would look elsewhere for dental care. I was recommended to this place by a friend of a friend on Facebook and am now SO happy that I found them. I had one wisdom tooth, of several impacted teeth, that was dangerously close to the nerve in the jaw and Dr. Morrison is a specialist with these sorts of problems. The office is clean, friendly, and comfortable. Dr. Morrison is very kind and funny and really made me feel comfortable about the whole situation. The day of the surgery - I didn't even know when they knocked me out. They put an IV in my arm, I was carrying on a conversation with them, they put an oxygen mask over my face, and poof - that's the last thing I remember. Post surgery, I hardly had any swelling and the meds they gave me just knocked me out for the rest of the day. The healing process was easy and i was never uncomfortable. I would recommend them to anyone who wants an eezy, breezy, beautiful wisdom teeth surgery.
