Without a doubt, one of the best Realtors not just in Orange County, but in the entire state of California, where competition is fierce. Keegan and his team are knowledgeable, efficient, but most importantly, make their clients feel cared for. The process of buying a home is daunting, but Keegan has a unique ability to establish strong working relationships with his clients that puts them at ease every single time. I have recommended him to friends, family, and even my own clients all of which have been very pleased with the services that he and his team have to offer. I would recommend anyone who is considering buying or selling a home to reach out to Keegan, and let his team take care of the rest! read more

I am so thankful for the great care, time Keegan Cin and Michael McAndrews gave to my husband and I, as well as the education and advocacy they provided as first time buyers. I am not sure there are enough positive surpurlatives that I can use to describe Keegan and Michael's qualities as a real estate agents but I'll try... Integrity - this was important to me. These guys hold themselves to a higher ethical standard and behaved and communicated professionally. Also - Keegan and Michael were working with my savings! With their guidance and support they proved they were trustworthy. They proved we could relay on both of them to be communicative with all parties involved, punctual with timelines and calls with updates. They genuinely a good people. Keegan and Michael taught me that real estate agents are advocates for their clients and they held true to that promise. I hope the rest of this review highlights that commitment. Determination - Keegan and Michael were always determined to succeed in our offer. While they never gave up and were relentless with our deal, they were also tactful, professional and polite with our seller. Keegan and Michael made my partner and I feel like succeeding was the focus and main goal. Detailed orientated and problem solvers- Keegan and Michael were able to focus on details and solve any and all issues that came up. They were able to help us solve problems with in our budget. I am so thankful we found these men to trust with our money and our dream of buying our first home. Self motivated - Keegan and Michael were the first and last people working on our case. I don't know where they get the energy and organizational skills from but they worked together, were top of every detail and no one had to ask them anything or remind them. They kept sellers / seller agent accountable as well. I have all the faith in the world that these agents would work just as hard for anyone else. Great negotiation skills - Keegan and Michael walked us through the negotiation process. They looked ahead strategically and communicated with us every step of the way. Well dressed - Keegan and Michael will show up in a smart well fitted suit and Keegan knows good Italian leather when he sees it. You can assume these two will dress like professionals which I believe helped us win over the sellers too. Amazing communication - I already hinted at this but I was blown away with how well Michael and Keegan communicated with us, the sellers, seller agents, and the mortgage broker. They were constantly fielding questions by us, and proved to be good and patient listeners never tiring with our questions and needs. Also, they gave us the time and space we needed to make our own decisions. Keegan and Michael both asked good questions to get a holistic view of us and our wants/ needs and helped us with realistic expectations. One or the other would always got back to us when promised, often in joint calls together. They both have charming smiles, a kind demeanor, confidence, wit, humor, and intelligence which helped us communicate across the board. In my experience these agents were fantastic and enthusiastic real estate agents and treated my partner and I very well. I have been known to be a good judge of character. If someone ever has a negative experience with Keegan I would be very very surprised. read more

Words cannot express our gratitude to Keegan and his team. Keegan is an incredible professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and well connected. He is patient, diligent and works incredibly hard to get the best result for his clients. Keegan and his colleague Alex - who is wonderful - spent months helping my family locate the perfect property. He guided us every step of the way, helping us make a competitive offer which won over another potential buyer. When the escrow inspections revealed repairs that needed to be made Keegan called in multiple vendors to ensure that the problems were addressed by the seller because we had copious documentation and multiple quotes supporting the amounts at issue. Keegan never stopped being an advocate for us. He was tremendous every step of the way and we are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him and with Alex. read more

Keegan was great! We purchased our first home through his realty, and he was extremely responsive, approachable, and an advocate for us along every step of the way. He notified us of potential issues of whatever home we were touring, he had a very helpful book to walk us through everything, he had recommendations for countless people we would need to meet with. We purchased our starter home, and we look forward to working with him again in the future. read more

My son used Keegan to purchase a condo in Long Beach and had a great experience with him. When my grandfather decided to sell his home in Palos Verdes a few months ago we were excited to get to work with Keegan again! Due to the current landslides in Palos Verdes and a vacant lot with a possible development going in next door the house became harder than expected to sell. Offer after offer fell through, but Keegan never gave up hope. He contacted every possible buyer he could think of and secured us a buyer! The sale of my grandfather's home wouldn't have been possible without Keegans knowledge, patience and determination. He was so easy to work with, has great communication skills and was truly a blessing to our family and situation. I would recommend Keegan to anyone looking to buy or sell! read more

As a first time home buyer I knew the process would be confusing, stressful, and demanding. And although these traits are not completely unavoidable, working with Keegan had made the home buying process seem as seamless as possible. His attention to detail, responsiveness to calls/questions, and most of all honesty are what make him a great agent that I would recommend to anyone. It was clear he wasn't trying to get any deal done, but to ensure that I was finding the right home according to my needs, wants, and budget. From the beginning all the way to the end, Keegan was happy to explain every little detail I had questions about without any signs of annoyance. Even if he didn't have the answer right away (which was very rare), he made sure to do his investigations to provide me with an answer faster than he can sniff out a bad deal. Which brings me to another point. I can't recall exactly how many properties we saw, but there were a few that I had been excited about, and instead of encouraging that excitement right away, Keegan did his due diligence in pointing out things as to why I should be hesitant. I could very well be in a home right now that I would be regretting, but thanks to Keegan I am not. He really is great to work with. A professional when you need him to be and a friend with honest opinions when you need him to be. And trust me, you will need both. If you are looking for an agent to help purchase a home that will deliver based on your needs and wants, ESPECIALLY if it is your first time, then you definitely need to go with Keegan and his team. read more

Keegan was amazing at helping me move into my first home in Long Beach. I came out here from Arizona so a lot of our communication had to be done long-distance. He was quick to respond, knew a large amount about the area and was genuine at heart. He was willing to go the distance when it came to any questions or concerns I had. I would definitely recommend him to any friends looking to move out to SoCal! read more

We had the most positive and professional experience with Michael at Cin Coast Realty when we bought our house. We were first time home buyers and were nervous at every step of the process, but Michael guided us and helped us not be overwhelmed by the whole experience. We are so happy with our home, and I could not recommended this group more. Michael was friendly and patient and very supportive, fielding our questions at all hours. You will be making the best decision with choosing this group to buy or sell your home. read more

Keegan is fantastic! I have worked with him for both the sale and purchase of homes in the SoCal area and cant recommend him (and his team!) strongly enough. While his skill and domain knowledge are excellent, I consider those to be table stakes. Where Keegan shines is in his work ethic, honesty, and curiosity. read more

Keegan assisted my boyfriend in purchasing his first condo, as well as helping us purchase a second condo. He was extremely reliable from start to finish and was available to answer our questions at any time of the day, which was so helpful since the process of buying a home can be intimidating to say the least. It is evident that Keegan knows what he is doing and works extremely hard to make his clients happy; he has a passion for real estate and goes above and beyond for his clients. I don't know what important things we would've missed if Keegan wasn't there to explain the ins and outs of real estate and the process of buying a home. There was no question as to who we would use as our realtor because my boyfriend had such a positive experience with him the first time around. I have heard horror stories from other people about their negative experiences with choosing the wrong realtor and I feel lucky that I did not have to worry about having that issue. From the start, Keegan really listened to what we wanted in a home. He never seemed annoyed by our endless amount of questions nor was he pushy in any way. If we wanted to see a property, he made it happen in a timely manner. From the initial walk-through until the day we moved in, Keegan made himself available to help us through the entire process and even connected us to trustworthy individuals for the inspection as well as for drafting up a trust and getting it notarized. You can tell that he genuinely cares for his clients and their satisfaction. I have introduced other clients to him and they were very happy with their experiences as well. You can bet that we will be using Keegan, once again, when we are ready to buy our next home. read more

When we moved to town, not knowing the Southern California realty market at all, I'm so grateful a colleague highly recommended Keegan to me. From the start, Keegan made himself available on weekends to view homes. He continually used our feedback to refine his understanding of what we were looking for, to improve results each outing. Although we saw many homes week after week for many months, his energy did not diminish. Over that time, we submitted at least 6 offers. Of those, 3 went the other way, but 3 offers hit. With each round, Keegan was very much on top of all communications and deadlines. Whether a situation calls for moving things along or prolonging interactions, he is very astute at both. Keegan is very probing, persistent, and persuasive when it comes to getting information from sellers and listing agents that will put you in good purchasing positions and help you make decisions. He doesn't promote each property just to sell it, but even argues against properties that don't suit you, based on your own criteria or red flags he sees that you don't. He always voices concerns about homes and often accurately forecasts what will later be called-out by inspectors. My wife and I feel like we've seen it all with Keegan: sellers who won't budge, sellers who are deceitful, and sellers who are pure angels. The deceitful sellers claimed there were no liens on the home and pushed to move forward very aggressively, but we never got straight answers about the solar contract. There was pressure to close the inspection contingency, but Keegan adamantly pressed for the solar disclosure, which ultimately revealed there was a $70K unpaid lien on the contract that the sellers were attempting to stick us with, under the radar. But Keegan is too smart for that. As we backed out of their poor faith agreement, the sellers and their shady escrow team would not return our earnest money (which we needed in order to make our next purchase offer). As the purchasing contract is technically between buyer and seller, we, as buyers, were technically on our own, but, again, Keegan brought in his team, this time legal. Keegan's legal team is Berkshire Hathaway. We met with his attorney who found that, because our interests and BH's interests were aligned, he graciously offered to write letters on our behalf to all involved with the hold up. The process was very reassuring as he found our case to be a likely win given Keegan's meticulous note-taking on every discussion, whether arbitration or even legal means were ultimately pursued. If the sellers didn't participate, we would have to lawyer-up in a big way, but both Keegan and his BH attorney were in frequent contact with those involved to do the right thing, and seemingly just before we were about to lay down hard cash for attorneys, Keegan prevailed. The mounting, horrible tension that had accumulated over the past two weeks magically was gone. We know we would be in a world of hurt right now, but we aren't, because of Keegan's persistence, his attention to detail, and his very capable, ready, and reliable team. We all celebrated being out of that mess, but next came our angel sellers. In seemingly every possible way, these sellers made the process as easy and lovely as possible. After going through the hell of the previous experience, we couldn't believe how sweet our experience ultimately turned out to be. These sellers went out of their way to make everything perfect. We spent time with them as they shared with us all the technical details about a home that would never otherwise be conveyed. We shared contact information and will certainly be reaching out in both directions to ease the transition. 6 months after meeting Keegan, he gave us the keys to our lovely new home. Our journey was way longer and way more complicated than expected. At every turn, Keegan was there for us. He never let us down. He and his team at Cin Coast Realty always steered us in the right direction, not only making the journey possible, but also making it fun. Thank you Keegan for being everything we needed you to be!!
