The "Entrecote" was cooked, exactly how I ordered it, medium-rare. It arrived on a bed of sauteed mushrooms, carrots, some zucchini, and caramelized onions. The thinly sliced and fried yams (sweet potato chips) were a pleasant surprise and really went well with the "au jus" (brown sauce). The tasty bearnaise seemed at first a bit lost, next to the brown sauce, but went really well with the salt-roasted potatoes. As Swedish customers are a bit too "lagom" for taste, and 90 percent of the customers seemed to be Swedish, you may have to add some excellent sea salt & pepper that awaits you at the table. I went to this restaurant today with my family; I will never go back again. The service is as bad as it gets. They destroyed the meal for my father and the unprofessional handling that followed made the whole experience unpleasant. The fish they make is OK but the meat was likely very cheap to start with. The chef gave us a rare doneness when we asked for medium rare. That happens every now and then. My father told them the meat could not be cut so he wanted a new tender entrecôte. What came back was exactly the same meat just prepared medium and still not easy to cut. The waiter took the meat back and we did not hear back from him nor did he get anything new beef prepared. When I asked for the bill they had not removed the entrecôte from the bill. I had to request them removing it since papa never got anything to eat (except the fish we shared with him). A well managed restaurant would never let this happen - actually first time ever I have experience this bad service. We heard similar complaints from the neighbors. Do not come here. Not worth risking any money or family time here. read more
