One day, Ben Cilento did not show up to check up on me, so another Doctor took his place and came to check up on me instead. I explained my situation to the other doctor of how I am currently feeling and how I did not feel any different in my symptoms from taking the medication. This doctor then prescribed me a different medication. After a few weeks later, I find out that I was not supposed to take these medications. Dr. Ben Cilento said the other doctor did not know what he was doing. I was shocked because I put my full trust and time in the doctor only to find out that he wasted my time from all the appointments that kept on RESCHEDULING and the money that I wasted when nothing was done correctly. This shows the lack of professionalism, lack of responsibility, and lack of caring in the patient's health. I am very very DISAPPOINTED. Even when I try to have a talk with Doctor Cilento, I noticed that he keeps on rushing out or leaving the room. I barely had time to even ask him any questions or understand what process was going to happen next. I paid so much money to this doctor and to the pharmacy.
