I contacted via email more than two times and actually received a phone call/voice mail stating they would issue the refund when I still did not have the product two months out (late October 2024). I received an email from their mail processor for U.S. bound deliveries and submitted the information requested and thereafter NOTHING, even contacting NN.ca again and receiving zero response. I even had the USPS check into my package and was informed they could do nothing and had my family member in NYC check into the matter, also unable to get help. You cannot be a great company when there is ZERO customer service response to matters concerning what you sell. National Nutrition is substandard and does not even deserve the 1 star.
