I purchased a vape for myself, the 5th one I might add in the 3 year period. My last one lasted not even 2 months. The battery portion was replaced on July 23rd. These machines usually last about a year, words from their mouths but are only warren teed for 30 days. Today, the 24th of July the charging cord needed to be replaced. They had the fucking nerve to charge me 7 bucks for a piece of covid crap. Thanks cig vape, now you are showing your true colors. I have mixed feelings of continuing to be a loyal customer.

But he's amazing ! Great customer service and always very friendly , helpful and honest. We've been multiple times and have always left feeling more and more positive. The guy always gives helpful tips when you buy new products and is always so giving ! (Gives free dab tools, Screens, etc) just little things that do make a difference ! Also with the prices , I wouldn't say they are overpriced at all , they sell quality products that last a long time as long as taken good care of . Will always be our go to store !
