Went in here today. I travel in my RV all over America and go home to California 4-6 months a year. Today, 9/13/24 I went into this shop out of my sweet two pack cigars. Imagine Swishers, White Owl sweets,etc, most expensive costs are $1.49. Wherever I have been. Didn't ask (my mistake) 11.9? For 5 packets of 2 cigars. Steer away from this. Younger girl working will scream at you if you're not 21+ buying butane (which I've never had a problem with this smoke shop since i've been 18, 2 and a half years without being ID'd for Butane. Guy standing next to her has sold it to me) then will follow you to your car screaming and taking pictures. You shouldn't take your job so personal. Go to the smoke shop next to the mall. My brother was hurt in an accident and has few resources. So, my sister and I decided that to help with his costs we would buy tobacco and roll his cigarettes. I went to this shop today and bought a machine, tobacco and what else you needed to make his cigarettes. On the receipt I acknowledge it said no returns or exchanges, which I did not notice. Unfortunately, my sister had already bought a machine online and used it. So, three hours after I bought the machine I tried to return it or exchange it for tobacco. The owner refused even to do an exchange. After only three hours with a box I didn't even open. So, be aware that they will not accept a return under any circumstance. They may have that right. I don't know. I do know that I have the right to say that they are jerks for having no flexibility in their policy at all. Needless to say we will never buy tobacco there. read more

Wow! Under any circumstances should any one go here especially if you are coming from afar. Spoke with someone from the Miller crossing location who advised me to visit this spot. Says " tell em to give you the discount"... come here ask for what I want and told them the situation. The sales person Mike said no discount. I kindly asked if he could confirm that with someone from Miller crossing to make sure. Didn't... Called myself and the owner Mike says " give the discount with college id". Didn't bring freakin id. Absolutely unprofessional service. The owner Mike asked if I was mentally ok!!!! WTF!!! I never leave bad reviews but this place by far has the rudest customer service I've experienced since moving here. Man, what a disappointment. On top of all that, I waited for a good ten minutes before being acknowledged. Granted it was busy but the guy came and left me at the counter waiting. What do you expect considering the options. At least I got to discover another part of this beautiful city. Definitely order online. It's worth the wait. Mount vapor has affordable GOOD customer service. Freakin malaka experience. read more
