Really great experience at this smoke shop. The owner went out of his way to order a specific vape I wanted and followed through exactly like he said -- it came in about three weeks later. Super kind, professional, and genuinely helpful every time I've come in. Definitely appreciate the customer service and would recommend checking this place out if you want people who actually care about their customers. read more

Owner scammed me out of a faulty vape after I purchased. Extremely hostile dude took definitely AVOID

Rude and told me " don't ever ask me for those" fucken idiot if I'm going to a smoke shop to look for something specific don't tell me what not to ask for just say they aren't available! gave me a look of disgust such an rude tone too not worth it never going back read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SMOKE SHOP. The bad reviews on yelp are right. This man is selling vapes that taste burnt. He is so rude. Never again!

Walked in there. The man didn't care to help til he felt like coming inside since he was outside talking to someone.

The owner needs to get a better Attitude with the customers! He definitely had never heard the saying the customer is Always Right.... Very Rude.... read more

I don't review smoke shops because let's be honest. Who says let me check Yelp for a smoke shop? But oh lorddd this experience was worth noting. I've came here a total of two times. My first time, me and the owner hit it off and he seemed like a nice dude. Then I realized he was charging me $20 for a pack of newports . Anyways, I was driving by one time another day and I came in to pick up some wraps and a grinder, the owner looked like he was crashing out. He didn't recognize me (not mad about that) but he was straight up disrespectful, his attitude since I walked in was mad and aggressive. Didn't even bother to checkout after I chose the wraps I wanted. Don't come here. read more

Can I give 0 stars? They over charge and won't give you a receipt that lays out the cost and taxes. There is a $1 fee to buy a carton with a card. There is also a $0.50 fee for just using a card. A pack was $9.61, so $96/carton, but my total came to $111 even? When I asked for a receipt so I could see the price breakdown he said no and said he would just give me my money back but he would not tell me how much taxes I paid. So I went across the street and bought another carton. It was $9.16/pack, so $91.60/carton with only $9.39 tax, so why did this place charge $15 for taxes and fees? I know it's only an extra $5, but if they do that to every customer they are coming up on the customer. Just fyi to the cigarette smokers, Walgreens across the street and the shell on Grand and Badillo both have better prices for cigarettes, cartons and packs. Plus better customer service. read more

Over charges for puff bars I usually purchase for $25 he said he usually charges $36 but he said I give to you for $30. Won't be coming here again read more

The man who runs the shop is very assertive and friendly.. Clean and smells great.. one of the best smoke shops I have been too.

Very good selections of cigars and cigarettes, although it look likes you have to walk eggshells on him, also be very specific on what you're asking for, he looks very angry looking read more

This guy always tries to over charge. Like somebody else here i bought a "new" torch that was supposedly full but it lasted about 5 minutes then ran out. Guy said he uses another one to show people, but this was new. Yeah right. Ive gone here before because it is close to my house, but im done with this crap shack. read more

This is an honest review! Have given these dudes multiple chances and they always let me down. Sold me an over priced charger, and it didn't work, took it back, no refunds. What a coincidence Fuhk this place Do your clients dirty, it will come back to y'all Just do else where for real read more

DO NOT GO HERE ! Bought a Stiiizy pen to help a small business and it was "sealed" once I opened it OUTSIDE the shop it had dried up wax near the battery port ... IT HAS BEEN USED ! Went back in and he accuse me of switching them and saying I was trying to steal from him when I was literally less than five minutes inside his shop. He then told me "All sales are final get the f**k out" I wanted to swap battery not a refund ! I never post reviews but this was so wrong. Go anywhere else for anything. While I was walking out someone walked in saying his pen battery wasn't work either... trash business read more

Over priced merchandise, when I asked for a discount he gave me 3 bucks off but then when I decided I didn't want the bang bar because the packageing looked beat up he decided to charge me full price (which is way to marked up) he got mad and accused me of playing games. Had to fight for my refund until he finally gave in and just gave me my discount back. He also threatened me and told me to never fucking come back. Spend your money elsewhere, way better shop's around than this shit box read more

I'm disabled and today I looked evil right in his face. I have never been so insulted by anyone in my entire life like I was today by the disgusting owner. I probably come into this business twice a month since I do laundry next-door. Today was no different than the other times I do laundry. I walk in I'll grab a drink grab a snack sometimes I'll get lotto or scratch tickets. I had just walked in the owner was eyeballing me. Not even a few minutes later he asked if he can help me with anything and I told him no it's OK. I pretty much wanted to see what I wanted to buy. Next thing you know he says in Arabic not knowing I understand Arabic to get the hell out and insults my looks. I was shocked I stopped and looked at him to see if he was speaking to me and he said it again. I replied to him in Arabic so that he knew I understood as to why he said what he said AND in front of customers? Every time you come here you just look around. He must not remember my face. I'm always buying something he must've confused me with someone else. I had literally just walked in. Then he said I don't do business with Arabs. The other customer who walked in with me told him hey man she just walked in with me what's going on? He said you need to take it easy I told the owner shame on you is this how you talk to your customers? I have never once stepped in there and not bought anything. Mind you he's a smoke shop so he has limited items for non-smokers but I always buy something. I want everyone to know about what a racist person he is and will not only contact my lawyer for the distress he caused me but BBB as well. read more

I purchased 3 puff bars from this man 2 days ago. I opened my mint puff just for it to be leaking and not functional. When I called the man today to let him know He gave me a defective puff that did not work, he asked me "how is that my fault? I'm not replacing it.". When I ask if he could give me a new one since I did spend $11 on a puff bar that wasn't functioning , he tried to used to use the Coronavirus as a excuse to say he couldn't give me a new one. If you're a vendor selling products that you know may mess up its your responsibility to replace it whether or not. So just know this shop loves to sell products that are messed up/broken and they will make sure you won't get a refund or help you replace it. read more

Cool shop and wide variety but no King Palm and actually u guys are just arround the corner from my house, so it'd be really convinient if u could start carrying them. read more

I'm not your typical smoke shop clientele but I can say from a customer service perspective the team members of Cigarette Plus know how to make you feel welcome and important. The gentleman behind the counter was polite and to the point with anything we wanted to know, and helped us promptly. I would recommend this location to anyone who asked me and I'm sure the store will only get better. read more

There glass is fake I was looking for a smoke shop that was open at 9pm I found this one as I walked in the cashier was asking a customer to leave a good yelp review after giving them $5 off I was considering don't my do myself until I purchased a courts banger for smoking oils or wax. The courts banger cracked right away real courts bangers do not crack I do not recommend this some shop for wax smokers I would go to Frank's smoke shop on grand read more

This 1 star is solely for the vape portion of the shop. First, he shows up 43 minutes late. Second, the guy isn't familiar with any of the vape tanks or mods he's selling therefore can't help you make a choice or answer any questions. Lastly he's selling clones (fake vape equipment) at higher price than you would buy the REAL vape. read more

Great shop, great prices. Peter was very helpful. Got a great deal on my items I purchased. Would recommend to anybody!!

Very cool spot to pick up some smokes or stogies. Owner is very cool and knows his stuff.
