I have bought several YoCan batteries and other items from this store and I had nothing bad to say until I was sold an accessory for a product I bought there THAT DOES NOT WORK WITH IT. When I went back to just ask to upgrade to a working piece (only talking a few dollars here and I was willing to pay) the same dude who sold it to me screwed the piece into a similar model and said 'See? It works!' The issue isn't whether something 'seems' to fit together, it's whether it actually works and I tested 3 separate cartridges - all 3 worked with the original YoCan attachment and DID NOT WORK with the one I was sold. I am not upset over the 3 measly dollars, I just can't believe I had to listen to some total J.O. tell me how what did not work after 3 tests with me actually trying it and he drops the magnetic piece in there and goes 'See? It connects!' Obviously - it's a magnet! BUT IT DOESN'T WORK! If they are this stingy over $3 (I just wanted to upgrade to a $5 dollar piece that actually works, which another guy there had sold me before, and this guy says they don't carry -_- ) I can only imagine what it would be like to purchase a high-end vape product from them. I've been shopping here consistently over the past year and can count on my hands and toes the memorable conversations I've had with the owner and the employees. One time my friend bought a faulty vape battery and I went in the following day to try and exchange on his behalf. My friend had tried to charge it and it would not whatsoever and was effectively bricked. He had just got it and we had never had issues with any products from there up to and since. My friend, realizing he didn't have the receipt, in desperation attempted to get the charging port to work with a paper clip (which I did not know until after I went to exchange it). When showing the owner he quickly saw my friend's handiwork on the port, and said it technically could be seen as my friend's fault. However, because I had been in many times before and he knew my face, he fully replaced the battery with a whole new system (battery and vape piece). It's sad that bad experiences tend to be the ones written as reviews, as they only tell a small fraction of the story, one often not reflective of the shop as a whole. I promise you everyone I have ever recommended this shop to have only had stories similar to mine. If you have any issue whatsoever I promise you the owner will be more than happy to correct it. I came to this smoke shop last night and the young man at the…read morefront desk that works the register tried to steal my money, I was given a total 40.78 and I gave the man 60 dollars ( 3 twenties ) the man told me " preciate you " when I gave him the money then he typed in the register and told me " 78 cents is your change have a good day " my change should of been 19.22, i told the guy that I gave him 3 twenties and he tried to lie and go back and forth with me and said I gave him 40 dollars , at this point we are going back and forth because he's refusing to give me my correct change , and he gives me the receipt and he typed that I gave him 39 dollars on the register which was false information , this man then goes to call the owner on facetime the owner tried to lie and tell me to double check and look at my receipt at this point the owner then pulls up the camera and tells the man that I definitely gave him 3 twenties not 2 so the guys ask " so should I give her the 20 back " and the guy says yes, I also told this man should I call the police and he begins to laugh as if it's funny, I then was given the money after about 35 minutes of going back and forth with this man arguing because the guy refused to give me my change. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE THEY STEAL FROM THERE CUSTOMERS !! THEY ARE SCAMMERS !!!
