I ended up with one side by doing it that way; my seasonal veggies were well seasoned but not drowning in butter or oil. I didn't get an included salad but that was fine, might order it next time watching my companions. The croutons arriving separately from the salad was fascinating, I've never seen that before, and they are good. My gin martini was cold and delicious for $10, an unheard of low price!
