The walk-through was great - base boards, ceiling fans and those corners I can't get to; surfaces were spotless. I was charged the max in the quoted range for that packaged. It was my mistake to not look at that more carefully before I paid the bill. Realized this afterward and told Superior Bright. We went back and forth a bit and I told them that I should have read things more carefully. In the end, they Zelled me back some money to make up for those few things. They responded very quickly, to my initial request for an appointment and to the billing inquiry. The communications were professional. I will probably hire them again and request the same house cleaner. She joined the team just 2 weeks ago, but has 14+ years of experience. Gave a 20% cash tip plus my hydrogen peroxide cleaner so she had a Clorox alternative for future use. I sure got lucky - she was wonderful.

MM is just as wonderful as they were back then. I mentioned in my last review, traditionally, after a cleaning company has been cleaning our home for a bit, we start having issues after the 6 month range and the service goes down hill. I can proudly say that nothing has changed, except that Desmond is no longer there. Frannie, the owner, is extremely helpful, thorough, and communicative re: questions the cleaning staff has for me. I am looking forward to continuing our services with Molly Maid, and loving the job that they do for our home. The real downside is that you dont get what you pay for - Monitor the time they actually spend cleaning and speak up early or they'll happily keep overcharging you. Instead, I received a follow up message from someone that did not provide their name less than 10min later stating that they cannot offer the service I need and I should look elsewhere. I requested clarification on what service they thought I was requesting or if in fact they are not equipped to offer it, they replied that they don't do one time cleanings. Which is not what I stated ever. This rating is based simply on poor communication and poor customer service practices. I cannot speak on the value of the services provided as they made it clear they're not interested in taking on clients.
