Miss my time here. Great management and integration with BioLabs. For a small life science startup there is no better location in the city.

They are constantly making upgrades and coming up with new offerings to foster community and professional growth. The space itself is beautifully designed for a peaceful, cozy, and inspiring environment. My clients frequently make mention of how nice it is and I can tell it has an impact on their experience. Logistically, I have a hybrid virtual and in-person practice and paying for real estate would be my biggest overhead cost. I didn't want to sign a rental agreement that wouldn't fit my situation or have the flexibility that I need. It's also a fantastic option for folks who are just starting their practice or who have a part time practice. At Be Well, I can increase or decrease the amount of time I use, and it isn't restricted to certain days of the week if my or my clients' schedules change. It really is the best of all worlds - I get office space with a luxury feel, flexibility in scheduling, fair pricing, and networking and community events with my colleagues. This was definitely one of the best investments I made for my practice.

Not to mention, some REAL cool sustainability work gets done here, through the list of organizations present, all the way down to the work the founder does in his related spaces. Everyone at City CoHo is super-friendly. And there is a very strong sense of community. I have been to many coworking spaces in the city and others, and it seems that in some of those spaces, people go out of their way to not bother everyone else. Here, actual collaboration is encouraged. And even if collaboration is not possible, the culture really helps connect like-minded people working on important issues that I believe in supporting. Benefits: Free coffee and tea, funky decor, reclaimed everything, bright colors and friendly/VERY helpful community manager. 5 or 6 phone booths to make calls, credits to awesome conference rooms with membership, composting, green cleaning Tips: Take a mid-work nap on the giant beanbag. Downsides: Parking is meh. But luckily it is very walkable from 30th St. Station.

Though, as a community, we are inextricably linked to a holistic sustainability way of life (conducting ourselves in such a manner personally and professionally), any one with even a inkling of environmental or social curiosity will find themselves at home. The members are rife with intelligence, innovation, and creativity and yet the space is unpretentious and lighthearted. I highly recommend this space, or their future Mount Airy Nexus location to anyone and everyone looking to work.

I am one of the principals and am putting this "review" up to tell you about our space. I have an office there too. We bought the building in 2008 with the intention of making offices for ourselves and other "professional" type users. We redid all of the mechanicals in the building (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, flooring, new elevator, new phone system etc.), installed high speed internet (fiber optic), new flooring, lighting, bathrooms, etc. We created beautiful conference rooms and furnished them in lush and comfortable furniture, installed bike racks to let our "green" minded tenants have a safe indoor space for their bikes and we installed a shower in the building so those who worked up a sweat riding to work could clean up at the office. We now have a great space with a nice mix of users - a title company, some lawyers, a marketing firm, a non-profit promoting bike usage, an accountant, a Doctor. All pretty low key and respectful of one another. The environment is professional and quiet but not stuffy. We also have the famous and fabulous "Vedge" restaurant in the ground floor of the building. They operate from 5PM onward so they are great for Happy Hour or dinner. They are a vegan restaurant and the kitchen vents above he roof do there are no smells from the restaurant. We are offering our space for rent as single offices ($750 - $1,900 per month depending upon size and location) and we offer use of conference rooms by the hour through http://www.liquidspace.com. We will probably set aside an office for use by the hour too in the future. You can see more about our space at http://www.historicoffices.com or call Larry Krasner at (267) 456-1000 for more info.
