The branch manager is looking for when it was first open and will get back to me. My parents have been clients at this branch since at least the 1970s or 1980s and love the branch, especially the free parking in the back. There is even a partial second floor containg more advisor offices. Customer service is really good. If you want to meet with an advisor,  you must book a meeting because they are likely fully booked for the same day. There is free WiFi. The bank is wheelchair accessible. There are separate male/female washrooms. There is free parking in their private parking lot. Review 2023-100

I went into the branch in Welland Ontario on east main street . I had 115 dollars in coins rolled…read morethat I was hoping to exchange with them since my home branch bank just moved locations across town . And I was thinking about getting an account there as I make a lot of investments and transactions I heard credit unions were good for the "little guy" so to speak . I get to the till and I'm the only person inside . I ask if they can exchange my rolled coin and and how.there are no banks close and I am literally right beside them . They told me that they do not do that for non members . So feeling pretty unwelcome and getting dirty looks from the manager. obviousIy i left... of course abandoning any further thoughts of opening an account there that day .. good job pen financial!
