I've had student loans held here, and now have a credit card, line of credit, and all bank accounts, including a US visa and savings account, with this bank that respects me as a loyal and long time client, and always gives me outstanding customer service whenever I've had to deal with them. My entire family is with RBC and given their level of service and support to their clients, it is no wonder that RBC is Canada's biggest, and I'd say best, bank!

When I was sent a new card it went to my parents address and was in my maiden name. So I called to see if they could fix this for me. They directed me to go into a branch so they could verify my new last name. So I came to this location to get my credit card straightened out. The lady who helped me so so awesome! She was polite, and very helpful. She was able to update my address and last name as well as issue me a new credit card in the correct name. And just as a cherry on top she was able to have the card sent to my house so I didn't have to come back to a branch. I now have that new credit card and have be able to use it successfully. The tellers know me by name, they know my family, they ask about things in my life, this bank is like my cheers! This branch has remained very much the same over the years, tellers have changed, but many have been there for over 15 years! The hours are great, only closed on the normal stat holidays. This bank has been very helpful over the years, so many memories, who can say that about a bank? I used to work in Capilano Mall for 8 years, so this branch was helpful with all my retail needs as well. They do a lot of charity/fundraisers for the community, and I am proud to be a Servus member!

It's usually a very fast process and if there's a bit of a line up, there's a table with free coffee you can grab while you wait. There's only 2 ATMs. One located at the outside entrance and one located at the entrance in the mall.

I've never had an issue. There is always coffee available and a nice sitting area for elderly customers to sit while they wait. there are a few ATM's there to use that you can deposit cash and cheques directly, last time I was in, a member of staff showed me how to do it and it's made my life so much easier! Today, I swung by in the car and it started to rain so I used the drive through for the first time ever! My car is small and this is clearly made for trucks (it is Alberta) so I had to hang out the window a bit. Luckily no-one was around to see me. But it was fast and efficient. Next time I won't be so lazy, I'll just go inside.

It is not my regular branch, but I go there often because I work downtown and it is most convenient for me. They appear to have a very high turnover rate as far as tellers go, aside from two or three ladies that I always recognize. It seems like there are new people in there every couple of months. I usually go to this branch at lunchtime. While there are usually at most two people ahead of me in line, the tellers don't seem to act or work with any sense of urgency at all. I understand the job has to be done correctly, but I'm talking waiting 15 minutes in line, which the line steadily growing behind me. The tellers are generally nice, depending on who you get, but the slowness just kills me. We're all on lunch, therefore, we're all in a hurry! It's weird, too, because they usually have three or four tellers on, so you'd think they would be more efficient. I've also had one run-in with the manager here. I needed to order some foreign currency and she basically tried to brush me off and get me to handle the issue myself. I ended up calling the contact centre, and in the end that manager had to call me back to do the transaction anyways. i won't get into the whole story, but I was really unimpressed with her customer service. I really like Servus Credit Union, but this branch is lacking.

Luckily the…read morefolks at this branch know who I am so I am instantly recognized ( which is a good thing ) I have been a member of this bank since 1991 . Before it was SERVUS , it was the Emergency Services Credit Union.. before that it was the Edmonton Police Service Credit Union. One reason I love this bank is simply because they really do know their customers and truly go out of their way to help you anyway they can. Now before you join, you do have to buy shares ( minimum is $1 but the more you buy , the better the return ). I bought some shares when I first joined and every year I get a little bit back. Kinda nice to see . The monthly fees are reasonable and the staff at this location really get to know their customers quite well. Service is quick and easy. I would never change banks just because this branch is convenient and easy .. and the staff are awesome there.

I came here to do a wire transfer for my dad. I haven't visited a branch in forever. But I came and…read moreluckily there was no line up! The manager had spoken to my dad regarding his wire transfer already and she personally came out to the teller and assisted her in processing the wire transfer. Such excellent customer service I was so impressed. The wire transfer takes a little bit long but they were very thorough and all the information was filled in correctly. And on top of it all, the fee for the wire transfer was waived! So happy with this location and the customer service here.
