We stayed in the Chateau so we decided to have dinner there. We had the cuvee prestige at 30€ and it was excellent after it had time to breathe. Dinner we choose the 30€ fixed menu but we both choose different options on all items. I had the Salmon app which was excellent. Before that we actually had some amuse bouche, chilled tomato soup with a lovely bite of something...not sure what it was. Main course was pigeon that was very tasty, with wonderful frites. The vegy mix was just so so. The bread with the meal was good, heavy and homemade. Dessert was a coffee parfait and coffee, delicious. My wife had the filet mignon, which is pork. It was just ok, seemed a little over cooked. For dessert she got creme brulee and it came in three cups, they all tasted the same...great. We had a wonderful time for clumsy speaking americans. The staff was great with us. read more
