Chuy's here is great. sweet staff, dog friendly, amazing atmosphere / decor. But I wish they would do À la carte.

Cheese enchiladas... No cheese or sauce.. Got home ready to indulge and this is what they sent my ass home with. I cant believe anyone would allow this out of a kitchen.. read more

Good food! Good service! Good ambiance! Everything is good! Not bad at all, and also good! Did I mention it was good? Because it's good! That's right y'all - Chuy's is good! Yes yes yes very god. But what did you expect? Of course you expected it to be good... because it is! In summation, it's very good! read more

This is a chain, but it's a run and predictable chain. Simple Tex Mex menu with nice portion sizes staff is friendly and quick with service. Love all the photos all over the walls. I only wish they had better happy hour prices. If they did we would eat there more often read more

I didn't find anything that looked or sounded good so I just had the chips and salsa but overall wasn't that good but the soda/pop was really good and crispy and not watered down at all so gave it a 3 stars but it is also really pretty and fun decor. read more

First of all, the music was horrid -- and played at a dreadfully loud volume. I asked to have it turned down, but it was still deafening. The chips were old and stale and fell apart. The taco/enchilada plate was mediocre with little flavor. One good thing: the guacamole was decent. read more

The wait-list helps but isn't magic. We had a party of 6 and reserved a spot, arrived on time, but still had to wait 30 minutes. The manager, however, saw that we had a small child in the group, so brought us a basket of chips to tide her over; pro move. Excellent variety of flavored margaritas. The burrito bowl is great, but add a sauce! This is a hot spot, so don't expect the wait staff to anticipate needs, but they will courteously and expeditiously fulfill requests. read more

Third time eating at this location. Strike 3. Never again. Beef enchiladas were disgustingly overloaded with chili powder. Could not eat. Chicken enchiladas were soaked in a super lime plus salt sauce. Disgusting. Cheese enchiladas were good. At least I get to eat something for supper. Taco looked great. Had zero flavor. Our waiter was forgetful of everything. But... the most disgusting event of the nIght was two of the food handlers in the men's bathroom at the urinals laughing about the splash back... and then walking out WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS. We will never go back to this location (in Rogers AR in front of The Amp). read more

Always enjoy Chuy's. The last few weeknights we have eaten here, they have not been busy, so we were seated right away. The service has been great, food comes out fast, and they gave us a free app for bringing a photo of our dogs to hang in the bar! I recommend the queso and huge burritos big enough to share! A fun, eclectic, and entertaining environment! read more

AMAZING! Great food great drinks great staff! Can't beat it! The dips are the best part there green dip is top tier

Great food! Great service! Great atmosphere! We eat there often and haven't been disappointed!

Let me just say WOW! I had the chicken enchilada with ranchero sauce. Had the family and they also enjoyed the food. Our server was Savannah. She was fantastic and a great smile. Every employee we felt with was very friendly and professional. This was Friday night and a little busy but they delivered. Great food and great service. "I'll be back" read more

Chuy's - Chicken enchiladas with ranchero sauce, refried beans and rice. Yum. - Bars Near Me - Fayetteville, Arkansas

I just ordered a chicka-chicka boom boom with 2 sides of beans because I hate their rice. I get there when my order is supposed to be ready only to have to wait an additional 25 min. I finally get my order and arrive home only to find that somehow my order is cold and I don't have any beans. Instead I have two orders of cold rice and a two cold enchiladas. What a waste. It was so cold that the boom-boom sauce was hard so no idea why I waited so long for a cold order. It tasted so awful I ended up trashing it and ordering from Tula. If I could give Chuy's less stars I would read more

We went to the one in Fayetteville Arkansas. The service was very efficient and friendly. She made it fun. The manager came by the table because she told him we were from out of town and it was our first time in Chuys. It was just a nice experience. I got a chili relleno and veggie quesadilla. Hubs got beef enchiladas. Everything was good. Friends went with us. They had been to Chuys in Texas and were disappointed that charro beans were not available. Best chili relleno EVER! And the server brought us some creamy jalapeno sauce. Just omg! It cut the heat of the chili relleno and just gave it more depth! Chips were very good. The salsa was a little too spicy for some of us. We will be going back when we're in Fayetteville! read more

So nice to see this place open up. If your craving Mexican food this place is a must to try. Fresh chips and salsa plus the guacamole is always a hit. The fajitas from here are so good as is there tacos. Great service and always great food from here. The margaritas are top notch as is the cold beer. read more

I come here five times a month. Always the younger servers are the best, kind, and more professional. Even when this place gets busy the bar tenders will tend to you. Relaxing vibes and comforting food. read more

I literally had the worst experience of my life here. The first time I went it was great, then I visited again and it honestly traumatized me. The food and drinks were the same as they always are but the waitress that we had felt the need to tell us exactly how many calories were in each thing we ate. She used an extremely judgemental tone while doing so. Obviously, this ruined my night. Me and my friends left and I realized I had left my purse inside, so I went back to get it but they had closed. So I knocked on the door and they had seen me at this point and knew exactly what I forgot inside. The waitress took my purse and gave it to the bartender and she looked through my whole purse. She even went as far as trying on the lipgloss inside. Obviously, this made me extremley frustrated as they were mocking me while I was waiting outside. Eventually, the manager pretended to finally notice me after my friends had called the front desk. He apologized and acted as if he wasnt watching the whole entire thing. I love Chuy's the food and ambiance is amazing but the rude staff ruined it for me. I will probably go back eventually because the food and drinks are good but I just felt as though I had to share this experience. read more

We got in on their third day open! It was busy but not crazy at lunch time. The new place is smaller than Rogers. It was comfortable seating. Pretty loud but as I said it was busy. We did not have an overly long wait for our food and it was delicious. Great server and great service. We will visit again. read more

Love Chuy's, but if you don't want to wait you better be there before 5. Always worth the 10-15 minute wait. Food is always great and service was ok. We will be back. read more

I wanted to focus on dessert in this review, specifically Chuy's tres leches cake. In a word: wowser! It may not be strictly traditional as you'd find in a local Mexican bakery, but boy is it delicious. The serving is huge, it's floating in cream plus the three milks that go into it make it so luscious; it's topped with what I think is a sugar brûlée. Plenty big enough to share ... if you can! read more

Not sure if it was Zoe or Zoey but phenomenal service by her at the bar. don't see people like this anymore!

Great food, great service, prices aren't bad. I have loved Chuy's restaurant since I lived in Austin Texas.

This place is one of the best in Fayetteville. The food and service is great and the portions are amazing. The price is actually cheap compared to other restaurants in town and you definitely get your moneys worth with a to go box as well. Great lively place to take the family or perfect for a date night. read more

Husband and I had the Tex Mex bowls with chicken which was very good! We could have easily shared 1 bowl between the two of us. Some day we'll learn that lesson. Queso and chips were very good and the variety of sauces were also great! The margarita on the rocks was "ok" I think frozen would have been better. Service was great! We got our meals to go. They forgot forks and napkins tho... good thing hotel had that. We would easily go again! read more

One of our all time favorites no matter where we go here in Arkansas or across the country we traveled for several years to Rogers to get their food. We were so happy they opened in Fayetteville. We love the Chicken or steak fajitas. The chips are fantastic and the salsa is unbelievably good. Probably the best salsa in town read more

I've been to the location in rogers several times and was always happy, but this is not close in comparison. The "salsa" is literally just Pico de Gallo scooped into a bowl with an ice cream scooper. Since neither my daughter or I like Pico, we got the queso. It was good but contained an entire tomato or pepper stem in the bottom so we were pretty much done at that point. My daughter got the fajita steak burrito. It was literally just a bean burrito with a dozen or so dime sized pieces of chewy, flaverless steak. I got the fajita chicken soft tacos which contained the driest bland chicken I have ever seen at a restaurant. Luckily we were given a complimentary bowl of the jalapeño ranch so that at least gave it some flavor. The refried beans were crusty and tasted sour and just "off." The rice was dry and flavorless. Needless to say we will not be returning. read more

Waitress had amazing patience while waiting on my table! Great food love the creamy jalapeño dip and of course the best food item of all Boom Boom Enchiladas read more

Food wasn't the best and they kept getting my order wrong. I wouldn't recommend it as there are better places in the area.

For starters, my husband and I both got sweet tea. Ended up having to send them back because there were dead flies in our drinks Honestly the food just was not good to me at all. Everything was very dry and over priced for the quality and amount you are given. We shared the combo fajitas for 2 and they gave us literally the same amount you get in a regular size just with double the rice . Our bill came out to over $60 for the combo fajita, a children's cheeseburger and two teas. You can get the same thing plus queso and possibly even another entree at Mexico Viejo (bigger portions and better quality of course) for less than $30. Our server was pretty rude, didn't smile, slammed things down on the table, etc. and didn't refill our drinks or come check on us at all. We ended up having to stop another waitress to get us refills. Overall I was just extremely disappointed. Everyone had hyped the place up just for it to turn out way over priced and terrible service. Not to mention being served drinks with flies in them that's a healthcode violation. Makes me not even want to know what the rest of that kitchen potentially looks like. read more

management is not the friendliest, I have personally 5 yrs combined experience with restaurants Taco Bell , McDonald's, Ryan's steakhouse , went for an interview after all was looked at and discussed, he looked me straight in the face , smiled and said I am not gonna give you a position, and so no job , same with my lady , said her application was up to their standards.. wrong and chuys won't last long read more

Terrible! We ordered chicken enchiladas with verde sauce and picked up the order as it was being boxed up. The food (enchiladas, beans and rice) was cold, dry, WAY over salted, and inedible. We're from Austin where Chuy's was born so perhaps the now franchise has lost what made it great to begin with. read more

What yhe heck... no chili rellenos? Salsa was good.. chunky with enough heat. Free exta tortillas... nice. Service was great.... very busy even at 11:30... long line as we were leaving. I ordered shrimp tacos... way too much cabbage. Hubby had enchilladas... said they were good. Food overall was good but not great. The best looking (and smelling) dish that went by was the fajitas which we will try if we go back but since cili rellenos are my favorite Mexican dish, we'll just have to keep looking. read more

Finally, great Tex-Mex in NWA! Had lunch there today - the service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. Have been pretty disappointed in restaurants in general in Fayetteville until now. Our server was delightful, and the general manager came over for a quick visit and to check on us. Will most definitely be regulars! read more

We were so excited to see that Chuy's was coming to Fayetteville and it's safe to say this location exceeded our expectations. The service was amazing thanks to Ryan and his trainee Elizabeth! They were wonderful and so sweet. Besides that the food was delicious and came out so quickly -- we were honestly shocked. We got the veggie fajitas and Chuychanga and they were amazing. I can't wait to come back and make sure you ask for Ryan! read more

The Fayetteville Chuy's is not as good as the one in Rogers. In Rogers they have a booth where a person is making fresh flour tortillas all day long. I got soft tacos with chicken fajita meat and the tortillas were the same as anyone buys at the grocery store and not the fresh soft ones that they have in Rogers. There were only 3 small strips of dried out chicken in each of the 2 tacos made with dried out tortillas. ; ( They gave huge portions of rice and beans on the plate. Their house salsa, that comes with very crisp and fresh chips, was so hot it made us choke. There was no warning that it would be HOT and no milder alternative was available. Our server was a woman who was either having a bad day or is just in the wrong job. No smile or friendliness at all. The last time we ate at the Chuy's in Rogers they had the music so loud that we had to shout to place our order. They had the music at a lower level yesterday so I will give them credit for that. Most Mexican restaurants have a lunch menu with smaller portions and cheaper prices. Chuy's has no lunch menu and you pay dearly for the food that is heavy on beans and rice and short on the meat. read more

Here is Sarah with the Chicken Flautas! She didn't particularly like the red sauce that came on them. Pretty good experience thought, electric environment! We came in on a Friday night and it was packed. It took a very long time to get a party of 7 seated, but it was also understandable considering the size of the restaurant and the amount of people. When we got seated the GM came over and gave us a few free appetizers for being patient, and the service was unmatched. Also, the insight from my old lady is that the margaritas are great. Would recommend going to this Chuy's 100%! read more

Excellent food. The sauces and queso are all so good. We had flauta, steak burrito and tortilla soup. They were all so fresh a flavorful.

Food is great and the service is very good. My wide and I love going there! Nice patio area when is not broiling hot outside.
