Service was great, and although we chose to grab and go, they do offer some outside seating.

So we decided to have the Melindros cookies for a change. These cookies were like oversized lady finger cookies that's used for tiramisu. I guess I like the churro texture so much more. This is also close to La Rambla (Gothic quarter), so it's convenient to stop in and get your chocolate and sugar fix. It's definitely a solid choice as Dulcinea has been around since 1930.. I've also been to a Dulcinea in Iloilo (SM) but I'm sure there's no connection.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the hostess who sat us immediately. Our server was so friendly and helpful with our selection of dishes. I also really liked how you could see the chef preparing the pasta upon ordering. We had the pumpkin orange tortellini and the yellow kulurgiones from ogliastra. Both were delicious and very very fresh. The tortellini was very flavorful with a sweet and savory aspect to it.I found the yellow kulurgiones to be a unique dish with the the mint touch.
