The dry-aged steak was the star of the table, cooked perfectly with that deep, rich flavor only dry-aging can create. The roasted peppers and silky sauce on the side made every bite feel intentional. The table got more entrees since there were 8 of us but didn't get pictures. Sea brass was another favorite. The beef tartare with fries was classic and fresh, refined without losing its fun. Dessert turned into a full performance.
