Luis offered a package with very fair pricing compared to the tons of other lighting vendors I contacted. I really appreciated how Luis was willing to meet me at the venue prior to signing a contract. This allowed me to see some of his lighting equipment and made me comfortable that he and the staff knew what to do for my wedding night. He also recommended an idea to set up draping at the entrance, which was a great idea and helped set an elegant tone for the wedding. Luis was very responsive in the beginning, but became less so after the contract was signed. There were times when I had to follow up with him to get a response. About a week before the wedding, I asked what time he and his staff would arrive at the venue to begin setting up (he told me approximately 2 hours during our initial walkthrough), but he just kept saying he would let me know, but he never did. On my wedding day, my florist texted me 10 minutes before my ceremony began to tell me that he didn't even arrive yet! This definitely made me worry, considering it was less than 2 hours before the wedding reception start time. The rating I'd give Infuse Designs would be close to four and a half stars, but I'm rounding up. The lack of responsiveness definitely caused quite a bit of unnecessary stress, but ultimately the lighting and draping looked nice (the uplights really help set the mood for the wedding) and the amount I paid for the lighting & draping service was worth the price. I recommend Infuse Designs if you are under a tight budget but still want some beautiful lighting/draping for your wedding.

Despite confirming all rental details months in advance, even the week prior and days leading up to the event to make sure everything was correct, the vendor failed to deliver on multiple fronts--and when confronted, took zero accountability. The most alarming issue was the dance floor, which was not secured properly. The outer framing was also left short, leaving sharp edges and was two different colors. We later found out that guests actually fell during the event because of the dance floor. Not only was it unsafe, but the white vinyl wrap as ordered, was also not done and never corrected, even though the vendor claimed to be "on-site the entire time." If that were true, why wasn't any of the issues corrected before guests entered the reception? Yes, claim was at his warehouse was over an hour away, and he couldn't access the items, although his team forgot cocktail tables, and he sent them to go pick them up. The corrections could've been made at that time. In addition, the wrong glassware was delivered and never replaced, wrong trash can liners were provided, wrong linen material, items were left behind and there were other notable oversights. He also tried to charge us for items we did not have on our rental order. We later found out that he sub rented with another company without letting us know and later I told the other rental company to pick up the next day, although my clients could have been charged an extra fee for next day pick up. When we tried to resolve the issue professionally via email, the vendor insisted on discussing it by phone instead of responding in writing to not have a paper trail. Even after that call, we never received a follow-up or resolution. Another red flag: the vendor repeatedly claimed to be associated with Stephanie's Linens, yet they have made it clear to us--directly and professionally--that they have no affiliation with him and do not want to be associated with his business or practices. After working with him for years, they allowed him to barrow their showroom as he does not have an office or showroom himself, as he claims. He told us he was partners with this business and the showroom he visited was their office. This level of negligence and dishonesty is unacceptable. As event professionals, we value our vendor partnerships and aim for collaborative, solution-oriented communication. Unfortunately, this company failed in every category--product, service, and integrity. I do not recommend working with them under any circumstances.
