The entire claims and settlement process was much more complicated than I expected, and I honestly wouldn't have known how to navigate it on my own. Kate was exceptional throughout the process, taking the time to explain each step, answer my questions, and make sure I understood my options. The at-fault driver's insurance company seemed eager to close the case as quickly as possible, and I almost accepted far less than I was entitled to. Fortunately, Samer Habbas stepped in right away, protected my interests, and made sure I received fair treatment. Their team handled everything--from communicating with insurance representatives to identifying the damages and expenses I could legitimately claim. Thanks to their knowledge and advocacy, I wasn't left paying medical bills out of my own pocket. I felt supported from start to finish and always knew I had a team looking out for me. If you're looking for a law firm that is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping their clients, I highly recommend Samer Habbas.

One of the things I appreciated most about my experience with this firm was the communication and…read morepatience I received from Derry Strickland. Because of my work schedule, I had very limited availability during the week. Derry was incredibly understanding and patient with me and helped coordinate appointments and locations that were available on Saturdays. My case probably could have moved even faster if I had been available during the week, but I never felt pressured or made to feel that my schedule was a problem. Whenever I had questions or concerns, Derry was available to explain things to me. If he told me to call him at a certain time, he answered. I never experienced the frustration of waiting endlessly for a return call or feeling forgotten. There were also moments when I was nervous about certain procedures, and Derry never pressured me. He explained my options, reassured me, and made it clear that if I was not comfortable proceeding with something, we could discuss another way forward. I have already recommended this firm to my family and friends, and I continue to recommend them. Some of my family members have contacted the firm with their own legal matters, and I have also seen how helpful the team is even when a particular matter is outside the type of case they handle. In those situations, they have taken the time to point us toward other attorneys who could help. To me, that says a lot about their professionalism and the way they treat people. My trust in this firm comes not only from the outcome of my own case, but from the way I was treated throughout the entire process. I am genuinely grateful for the experience I had with Joe Naz Jerry Strickland and team.

With so many billboards and ads of car accident/injury lawyers, it's really hard to decide on which…read morefirm to represent you, but I will start off by saying, Shin Law Group is the firm you want representing you 1000%. After nearly three years of having Shin Law Group represent me, I wanted to take the time to recognize Jonathan Shin, John So, and their entire team. My case involved a 6-car auto accident that eventually required pursuing a UIM claim with my own insurance company. It was a long and complicated process, and there were several points where I was frustrated with how slowly things were moving. However, this wasn't the firm's fault, but the other party's insurance companies and their driver's who were being extremely difficult. Jonathan personally took the time to speak with me during the case when I had concerns. He gave me confidence that the firm would continue fighting to maximize my recovery, and ultimately I'm very happy with where we landed. When it came time to evaluate the final UIM offer, I had nothing to evaluate since I was awarded with what Jonathan said I would. He did exactly what he said he would and delivered on his promise. Talk about being worth the wait! Personal injury cases aren't quick, and there were definitely moments during almost three years when I wished things would move faster. But what ultimately matters to me is the result, how I was treated, and whether I felt my attorneys were working in my best interest when the important decisions had to be made. On all three, Shin Law Group delivered. Thank you to Jonathan, John, and everyone at Shin Law Group who worked on my case. I'm genuinely grateful to finally have this chapter behind me and very happy with the outcome. God forbid you ever need representation for a car accident or an injury, but if you do, I would absolutely recommend Shin Law Group to anyone in need of an attorney. Thank you again!!!
