On 4/1/2020, I noticed that the U.S. flag that flies in front of their office was tangled and the bottom snap had broken away from the line to which it was attached. I called and informed them of the disrespectful state of their flag display. (I know I came off ruder than I intend to.) My intent was not to shame them, but to inform them. The individual who answered the phone responded: "I will replace it." His tone was so serious and the reply was so no-nonsense that I didn't quite know how to react. I put my cell phone back into my pocket and when I looked up again, a mere 90 seconds later this phone call, the flag begins to descend the pole. I posted this review immediately (on their Riverside office's Yelp, oops) with an important closing sentence; Veterans and proud Americans take note. (UPDATE) (6/6/2016) Interesting side note. S.M Review against me has been removed. S.M has really taken this review to a whole different level. What he also fails to mention, his office SHOULD HAVE NEVER TAKEN MY CASE IN THE FIRST PLACE. My legal insurance was through my employer and the claim was against my employer (at that time I was unaware of this policy). It was a conflict of interest. I had no choice but to leave this attorneys office and was grateful to walk away from this office The Lien his office attempted to claim was unsuccessful. I was awarded my claim. By being a difficult client as S.M claims. Is only based on his own personal opinion, he was never been involved with my case. Luis Perez works in S.M office, S.M Should be held accountable for being uniformed and Luis Perez never listened to my concerns and not granting the one thing I needed, to see a Dr. to look at my injury to make a diagnosis, not send me to alternative medicine with out even a x-ray to look at an injury. He is the Captain of his ship and by that analogy S.M must take responsibility of the failure of his staff in his office. As you can see by his own admission I had see 3 to 4 attorneys once again a uninformed claim. When you need to see an attorney, they need to advocate for their client. The attorney that I moved on to was able to see the mess his office had done. The attorney I had moved on to had to fix that mess. It Is such a shame that S.M is has resorted to threats.
