The customer service here is awful. I was in my very first accident August 2nd, in which the…read morepolice officer referred me to this very tow company since my car wasn't drivable. My car was picked up and held at the tow lot . Prior to my car being there i was not told the daily rate (which is not my issue). The issue arises today August 22nd, as im calling about the balance i will owe to William, he acts as if he doesn't know which car im talking about and then says he will call me back with the final bill. it is slightly out of my budget . When i expressed this he was not one bit understanding, instead he claimed he "didnt sell cars" so there was no payment plan option and decided to ask personal questions as to why i waited so long , asking who i could ask for the money, and then accusing my grandmother (which has been deceased for over 2 years) of calling on my behalf after I repetitively said that wouldn't make sense, instead of simply understanding my situation. If a payment plan wasn't available there was a professional way of handling a scenario like this. PLEASE let this review be a warning to choose your tow company wisely and dont listen to the first thing Hamilton PD hands you.
