I was in…read moreyour store 2 days in a row, for over 15 minutes each time, and not one of your staff asked if I needed help. Yesterday I was in pricing gas weed trimmers; 20 minutes of me browsing and I was ignored. Today I did some comparison shopping at a competitor (WL Honda); they were helpful and answered all my questions but the size I was looking for was not in stock, and was about $50 more than WLF. I went back to WLF to do a final comparison and quite honestly to buy a "Stihl" trimmer as the size I wanted was in stock...after 15 minutes of waiting for help I walked out of the store right past a sales clerk leaning on the counter and another staff who was just BS'ing with the owner, THE OWNER, who did not acknowledge me at all...I guess they don't need my money. This is a small town and word gets around...WLF you have many competitors with better service whether you realize it or not. WL businesses often whine that people don't shop local...WLF's lack of customer service is an example of why people do go out of town!!! Example: for my Husquavarna snowblower and chainsaw I have had much better luck and service with the dealer in 100 Mile. If there was a way to give ZERO stars to Williams Lake Forestry I would!!

    Super friendly and accommodating in the beginning, but at the end very rude and pretty childish. I…read morewasn't going to bother reviewing (this happened a couple months ago), but after talking to some other locals I found out it's more common having an experience like this with Brad. I was busy with work and couldn't deal with getting my car fixed so I had a family member deal with it while I was away. The price seemed really high after talking to some other shops, so I figured maybe I should call back and inquire because possibly a mistake was made or I just didn't have my facts straight. He didn't like being questioned and got extremely defensive and told me to "have my people contact his people", pretty silly. Turns out there was something different about what they had to do and I had to get another shop to explain that instead of him just remaining calm for 2 minutes to tell me. Now my car is guzzling gas and not sure why, after his temper tantrum theres no way I would call them to ask and see if there's a possible correlation to the converter. It's too bad because it started off so great and I went based off of the other reviews, but I was glad to find out it wasn't just me who has had to deal with this. I waitressed for many years so when it comes to customer service, I am never rude or speak to people poorly so I don't understand why he got so defensive. They seem to be great otherwise, just don't have any questions.
