The woman at the front desk emailed me multiple times asking me if I really want to cancel, how much they are chary and all sorts of questions. Then when it came time to cancel it was the most difficult thing to do with the woman that kept sending me emails. I was supposed to sign something but she did not give good instructions and or sent it properly. It took about 15 emails with her for me to cancel the insurance. I am not sure why it's so difficult to cancel insurance. I am now getting refunded for the 2 extra months that they kept charging me. Glad that's over and no thanks to them.
