Quick Take: Somewhat clean, always packed and lots of games for "1 point" Overall Review: I would definitely take my kids back but I should have gone when it was less crowded. The Pizza was good and the games were plentiful though. Tip: Use the coupon on the ChuckECheese website. You get a much better deal that way!

It's a very good chuck e cheese, the only cons I have: it's located in not the best area, and if you get $10 of tokens, you usually only get what you can use $2 to buy. And I wish my son would stop throwing celery at the ice cream machine, thinking ice cream would pop out! ;)

Most of the games are broken, food is as you expect frozen pizza. Kids had an okay, cleanliness is below average and service is decent.

Currently, it is more "tucked away" on a road that parallels Research Park Blvd./Rideout Rd., and that road is not used much. I used to take Momma on that back road to watch the carousel which made a nice memory for it! It was a way more prominent feature on the west side and a pretty visual focal point. This was when the larger lake on the west still existed, and they actually had a gondola boat you could rent. All of the features (animals) etc., that you ride on the carousel move, none are stationary, which I would think is a nice bonus! Current costs are $3 per ride or $10 for 4 rides. Apparently, they don't accept cash for payment at the carousel. As you would expect, it does not operate in severe weather. Again, I'm glad it's at Bridge Street, there are a couple of focal points at BS and this is certainly worth stepping out of your way to take a look!

They do have little "seatbelts" on the horses, but I'd recommend physically holding onto your child rather than relying on those to do much. I decided this carousel deserves five stars because ALL of the horses (and other animals) actually move up and down. (I have been on carousels where one line of horses was stationary and they required the smaller kids to sit on those.) There are several other animals to ride besides horses - such as a tiger, a cat, or a rabbit. There was also at least one spinning teacup, and (if I remember correctly) a bench or two. I think you can buy a seasonal pass but I'm not sure how much it is.

We had the first party of the day which was great, as the gym wasn't super crowded. The party room was a good size with huge windows that overlooked the kids side of the climbing gym. It easily accommodated 12ish kids, parents and family. It included a full size fridge/freezer, ice machine, and kitchenette. Cutlery and paper products were included. I would definitely recommend bringing table cloths. We bought some and then forgot, whoops. Our party host was Dawson, and he was a phenomenal guy. Super helpful, extremely patient with a herd of rabid cats- I mean, kids- and was just a genuinely nice guy. The kids gym was nice, a bit smaller than I was expecting. We've been to similar gyms elsewhere (see reviews) and this one left a bit to be desired. I wish it was bigger with more walls. Even still, there wasn't a long wait with the exception of the city skyline part. The kids also enjoyed going to the "bigger" room, which is standard indoor climbing walls, that are double the height and not themed. After orientation, the kids ended up with about an hour and a half of climbing and a half hour in the party room for food and cake. This worked out great though the kids were bummed when they couldn't go back after the party to climb. The gym definitely gained a bunch of new customers after this party, many of the parents were thrilled to find this place. The price for the party was really great too. For those who are interested, they do also have a bouldering section (age 14+ only) auto belay and standard belay walls, climbing clubs (kids and adults), meeting rooms and other classes (yoga, etc). All in all, I definitely recommend High Point Climbing. If you do a party here, definitely put a time 15 minutes prior to the actual start on the invites so that kids can get geared up and oriented asap so they can maximize climbing time.

I got two slices, sat down to eat them and waited... they put out more pizzas... more cheese pizza and more pepperoni pizza. i grabbed one more slice and I asked the employee who put them out if they could make a pepperoni & sausage pizza. She snapped at me, "If you want a SPECIALITY PIZZA, you can order and pay for it at the register!!". All I ever saw them put out were pepperoni and cheese pizzas... nothing else... I think they had a dessert thing, I don't have any interest in that stuff. Not only that, it was very expensive, they charged me about $12.50 for a buffet & drink. I had just moved here..... the last Cici's I had gone to came to about $9 for a buffet and a drink with tax... . And that one had a decent selection of pizzas. I know that this Cici"s isn't supposed to only put out cheese pizzas and pepperoni pizzas on the buffet, I don't know what was going on. Not only that, it was a weird vibe... one group with an adult, a couple of teens, and 3 or 4 young kids were the only other people eating... all kinds of people were sitting at tables talking but I never saw any of them eat... none of them had any plates or drinks, they all acted like they were attending a work meeting or something. There were two guys far away from the buffet line sitting at a table with a laptop and a bunch of papers... and drinks from some other place. I hate that I wasted money in this place. Hopefully, they aren't limited on pizzas every day... and if they are having a special event or a meeting, then they should post that on the door so I don't go there and "interrupt" it.

They advertise retro consoles but that offering is pretty anemic 1 NES with Mario Bros / Duck Hunt, Atari Flashback system and a Sega Genesis Flashback system is all that is offered and by looking at an older review it has been that way for about a year so that is pretty disappointing to say the least. In a separate room they have an air hockey table and some pinball but those require pay to play and are not part of the play all day which did kind of feel like for lack of a better term a ripoff since I been to other similar establishments where it was just part of the package. They seem to be focusing heavy on their VR experiences which require you to purchase individual tickets to use and we didn't really use them since we came for the arcade portion. Overall we had fun, it was about a 40 minute drive and we stayed about 3 hours and had fun if you're into VR experiences it is probably a lot of fun but I probably will not be back unless they add more games or consoles.

I was pretty surprised it was almost completely empty. Some of my favorites too, a lot that I've never had the chance to play outside of home console collections before, like Bosconian and Smash TV, Crystal Castles, Trog, and Crazy Taxi. All the games were seemingly set to their easiest settings, so if you're looking for a challenge you might be here a while trying to max out high scores. My only critique is that the only retro consoles advertised in the name are an AtGames Plug-in-play Sega Genesis and Atari Flashback, and an NES with only the Duck Hunt/Mario cartridge. They said they used to have others, such an N64, but people broke them. I hope they get some new stuff in terms of that aspect soon.
