I want to start by saying thank you to Terry and Nick. Losing my mom was not easy and being an only…read morechild I had no partner to bear some of the burden with. I found Terry to be a good source of knowledge and very straight forward. (That is my style). If you are looking to go somewhere and cry on there shoulder, this might not be the place for you. But the intake process is pretty lengthy. It took about 2 hours in total to complete all of the paperwork and making choices about the services. This could easily take 3-4 hours if you are not sure what you want or if you are a very indecisive person. Once the intake was completed and I had left the funeral home, I had Terrys direct contact information and I was able to communicate seamlessly at all times through a phone call or text message. Now on the day of everything was as expected and I was very surprised at the level of service of communication that Nick provided. At one point the flowers that I had ordered from a local vendor had not shown up and he called them on my behalf and ensured to mitigate the issue. The flowers were delivered and I was even refunded for them. Through the service Nick was hands on and available if anything was needed and even helped to coordinate an idea for a balloon release at the end of the service which was initially an idea that I had, but it was not a fully developed idea and he knew exactly what to do and when to do it. All in all I would recommend this company for anyone who needs a service for a loved one. Thanks to the Kowalski family, my family was able to grieve without the grief of drama or issues surrounding the funeral service itself.

Every moment was handled with dignity, grace, and class -- a true reflection of the life we were honoring. When it came time for me to request a Death Certificate I was told that I would have to order it online. That was very strange and very unprofessional to me. I was told there were 3 of them and another family member had them. I was willing to pay what ever the cost was. A very kind person that worked at the cemetery told me the funeral home gives out 15 at a time, for families that need them to close out banking accounts and for insurance purposes ect. I am totally shocked by the behavior of the Under Taker Michael Lanza who takes pride in his website to tell others how sympathetic he is to grieving families and just shook me off by telling me to order on line. In a time of mourning and grief I would have hoped for him to be more helpful and understanding. People that are in mourning don't deserve to be treated like that. For this one reason I do not recommend this place. I was not trying to go behind anybody's back. I was friends with my ex-husband for over 40 years and I held his hand till he took his last breath so you know nothing about me. How dare you say that about me, you need to respect your elders because one day you're going to be there too. I'm glad to hear that there's no friction in your family. With a personality like yours, and a lack of respect for people, seems like the only reason you are employed there is because of your family. Good luck to you in the future. P.S. FYI I do not have any grandchildren. so wherever you're getting your information from is false. Looks like you're having a lot of fun going back-and-forth with me. I think you're the one that needs therapy because all you see is death every day. My advice to you is to be a much happier and mature individual. I hope life treats you good in the future and everything you wish for comes true. May God have mercy on your soul. Amen I wonder if your Father knows how Rude you are to the grieving families that come to your establishment. Not the proper way to treat people. Not good for your business.
