He is nice very welcoming and explains you every procedure/step in any of his interventions. I had the chance to deliver my baby with him and it was really nice. He focused on the baby but also on the mother. He understands your concerns and is available by phone at almost any hour. The only negative point of O+ is sometimes the secretariat because in my view they give you appointments at a certain hour and then you need to wait long but lately it has improved.

I did not appreciate my consultation because the doctor was in a rush - she did not ask me basic questions to know about my background and above all she did not care about me as a patient. She told me I could return there in one year and did not leave "the door open" for me tu return before in case I had any problem. I thought all the approach during the (quick) consultation would be understandable in a public hospital but not in private practice. The waiting time outside was longer than my consultation and examination... Will (definitely) look for another doctor.

However she didn't do the simple procedure correctly and my arm swelled to twice it's normal size. No hyperbole needed. Thus panic set in and she ran off to get her supervisor or whatever the medical term is... consultant? They came rushing in & in broken English asked if I was in pain. Brown pants time! X-rays and a massage was required to removed the excess fluid, which simply should have been under a more watchful eye. Pain and discomfort for a few days. In America there would be a law suit filed. Here they simply racked it up as just another error.

My husband arrived 15 min later. At 12:20 we were still waiting even if I had only 3 persons in front of me. To make it clear: I waited more than 1:15 H only for the....registration, not for the treatment ! After the admission I was abandoned on a bed, no doctor came (I swear it) only a nurse with a fresh student who practiced her first injection on me. Three hours and a half later because nobody came, even if I insisted to bee seen, And I was still feeling bad, I decided to call a taxi and went to another hospital. I filled in a "malpraxis" case and I am now exchanging e-mails with the hospital's moderator as a preliminary phase for the legal phase, before the court. Please believe me, you may risk your life going there for emergency services.

This is the second appointment in a row that I've ended up crying at. Last time I arrived for a test booked weeks in advance I was told "oh but that's been cancelled". I said I wasn't told and they said oh but we called you, it must have been the wrong number. They checked the number I'd given and it was correct. I had one missed call earlier that week from what was likely them, but no message - seems they determined it was the wrong number, sighed, and did nothing until I arrived. Didn't care about the fact that I had a second appointment scheduled to be after that one, with those results. This time I was told at the first counter to ask at the blood test centre what number office for my next appointment. Needless to say, the centre didn't know. I went back to another counter to ask the door number and was kept waiting 10 mins while the administration deliberately went slow and refused to help though I noted I had been misled by two other counters and the doctor was now waiting for me and even the lady in front of me in the queue told the receptionist to deal with me. It was deliberate, petty, and caused me to cry and lose a lot of time (still waiting to see if the consultant will see me late or has gone on lunch). If I want that kind of non-service, I pay cheap prices. Cavell is premium prices.
