The intake hose to the Turbo was not connected properly allowing dirt to enter into the turbo. A warning label was in the tech guide from Ram stating that this is a blind spot and that the Technician denied removing the hose that Ram indicated must be removed. The result of technicians failure to properly complete work as paid for by Ram has ended up costing me an engine. Other Ram dealership in the area indicated the turbo hose must be removed and is not an option for the technician to do so. Per Vaughn Motors in Ottumwa.
