When buying our first home we put complete faith and trust in Stacie as my family and I are dislocated from the area. She made YouTube videos for us and during the videos she would go in-depth in and around the house. Stacie made our first home buying experience easier than we could've ever imagined. She was always honest and up front about every house we looked at and she always provided a different perspective when it comes to possible resale value, neighborhoods and schooling's. Any questions we had she responded promptly and if she didn't know the answer she would find it or point us in a direction. As a first time home buyer my wife and I did not know anything about the "buying" perspective, but Stacie gave us all the information we needed. She provided us with all the resources we needed to make this move At one point she even managed to check out the roof of a house to make sure that everything was as it seems! That is going above and beyond! Every company she recommended, from our Home Inspection to our Loan Agency, made this purchase smooth, which is probably one of the things people want the most. Buying a house can be very stressful and I can honestly say that every step of the way, she helped lift the stress tremendously.

They seemed completely unprepared, failed to advocate for their client, and appeared far more focused on getting a commission check than providing quality service. My closing was mishandled from start to finish, and I'm still dealing with issues related to it. The attorney they recommended made a major error and disbursed repair funds that were supposed to be withheld under a signed agreement. Those funds were sent to the seller, and I'm still fighting to get my money back. Communication was poor, follow-through was lacking, and there was little sense of urgency when problems arose. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for representation and avoiding the attorney they recommend as well. What should have been an exciting experience turned into a frustrating and costly mess.
