I received a call back the following week with a profusely apologetic staff member for calling days later but they were out of the office for the Holiday. I totally get this. I was able to get an appointment for later that week. The office is a bit hard to find but I was given great instructions on the phone. The office was clean and homey. Dr. Mandula was so personable and very knowledgeable. I hope I don't have to make a follow up appointment but I was happy about my experience.

I called my insurance company to see who I had in network and he was the first one. I called them on Tuesday and they scheduled an appointment for me the next day. Then Dr. Elsamad put me on his surgery schedule the next next day!!! His staff was amazingly caring and always smiling. And...the doc was always happy and super concerned for my healing. He should have said our inserts for your son's feet are 800$. Today they couldn't see me because I have not payed my previous and only visit fee from about month ago.
