Dr. Weaver has been my ENT for two years. Dr. Weaver's accurate and timely diagnosis of a severe medical condition in 2012 saved my life. Dr. Weaver is top notch. He will receive my ENT business until he no longer wants my business. This doctor office gets me in front of the doctor at exactly my scheduled appointment as long as I arrive five to ten minutes before my scheduled appointment time to check in.

My father is confined to a bed at a nursing home so to get him out of the nursing home to an office is a huge deal! I have to schedule time off work, book transportation to pick him up, and schedule a nurse to go with us. We get to his office today and my father thought he was going to be sick from the car ride over so I asked for a bag for him. After a minute he was fine and he didn't get sick. So the receptionist opens the window and asks "does he have a virus?" I tell her no he's just nauseated from the car ride and his tumor blocks his air way which also makes him feel sick. She disappears and then comes back and says "the doctor can't see him if he's getting sick." Again, I tell her he's fine he just thought he was going to be sick. Can you please explain to the doctor and ask him to reconsider. She disappears again and comes back and says he refuses to see your father since he may be ill. THE DOCTOR WON'T SEE HIM BECAUSE HE MIGHT GET SICK. WHAT KIND OF DOCTOR DOESN'T SEE SICK PATIENTS? I called for transportation to pick up my father and we had to sit there for another 30 min waiting; all the while my father never got sick. But honestly, what doctor refuses a sick patient?! PISS POOR SERVICE. Oh, but the flier on the desk says "Dr. Weaver believes in taking time to develop a TRUSTING physician-patient relationship, treating each patient equally and with due respect". Bullsh*t. He never even came out to the waiting area to tell us himself. He let his receptionist do his bidding. If you are looking for an ENT I suggest you stay away from Dr. Robert Weaver, M. D., FAAO, FACS Ear Nose and Throat of Fredericksburg Sentara Pratt Medical Group. What a JOKE!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with their optical dept. I ordered a pair of glasses but…read morewhen I tried them on, they were markedly crooked and ill-fitting. I had tried the same frames on in-store and they had fit perfectly. These, however, were way off. When I explained this to the fitter, my concerns were completely ignored. I was told my face was "asymmetrical". While that may be true, I have worn glasses since childhood and am not manifestly deformed in any significant way. This ridiculous clerk continued to tell me that the lenses had deformed the frames so this was how they were supposed to fit. I've bought $5 readers from COSTCO that fit better. After a few rounds of further gaslighting, I gave up. No offer to adjust the frames was made. No other solution was offered. No real customer service was offered. The "manager" was of zero help, except to walk me to the counter to refund my money. Just a complete waste of time. It's a shame because Dr. Rose is lovely and as good as they come but the optical dept is a tire fire. Avoid at all costs.

Not too long after I got them I started having trouble with double vision. I went to Access Eye because of this problem. I saw Chris and Trent the technicians and they were great. They took my history and gave me a basic eye exam. They were very friendly, professional, and thorough. I then saw Dr. Biscombe. He was fantastic. Very professional yet friendly. He said my eyes looked good except for the beginning of cataracts. Not enough to get surgery yet. He checked my glasses and found I had an incorrect prescription and that was the reason for the double vision. I thank the staff that I sae at Access Eye as they solved a problem for me. They are my new optometrists. I can't forget the woman at the front desk. She was amazing. She knew all about my insurance benefits and explained them. To me patiently. Because I bought glasses at the chain I went to first my lenses will not be covered. I blame that chain for using up my insurance benefits so I couldn't use them at a good optometrist. I am on social security I have a fixed income and new lenses will create a hardship. I am just glad I found Access Eye. They fixed my problem.

My appointment started on time and was very quick. I was out within 20 minutes for a minor procedure. The radiologist and his techs were super nice and thorough with my care. They explained everything they were doing and made sure I understood. They checked in with me multiple times during the procedure to make sure I was ok. They reviewed my background and information related to the procedure and were really diligent overall. If I need any further care or future procedures I will definitely request to be referred back here.

Hard to call it a surgery when there is so little invasiveness... however I did wear my compression hose longer (2xwks) than advised (1wk). Because of better success? My Right leg just felt like it needed it so i just went the extra mile‍So far so good after both legs being done already not feeling the leg exhaustion I had before and its only been 2 months! Dr. Ahanchi and her team are amazing and I would recommend to my mother! I had both legs, greater saphenous veins, vein ablation. NSAIDs over the counter worked perfect for the uncomfortableness post surgery. The compression hose (20/15) helped a ton, the walking (real walking- not just around the house) helped a lot to. Sometimes i would walk for 15 mins 3x a day... the nurse line is wonderful for when you forget something! I could go on, but everyone I have had contact with has been a joy to interact with- I even got some gardening advice from a nurse that wasn't even working with me. Thank you VIVA KC

They didn't want to know the gender as they were having a gender reveal but the tech gave the gender away while having conversation. There space is cramped and a bit dated. The tech was nice but seemed not to able to keep her appointment times. I would not return for any future family members ultrasounds.
