Teenagers (employees and guests) overran the place, pushing small children down, attempting to tear up the blow up slides, climbing onto the blow up dinosaurs to try to tear them down, bouncing small children off of the slide, and screaming profanity at any parent who asked them to stop sitting on the toddler gym blocking them from playing. There is no ice available for birthday parties, though they did drop stale popcorn in tiny paper bags and warm Capri Suns in our room, but the employee didn't say a word, or even smile, when she came in and I said thank you. The equipment is disgusting - no way it's cleaned daily, or even weekly. None of the bumper cars worked, the ball pit has no balls in it, the bounce houses have no lighting over them, making it so dark inside that children were banging into each other in the dark. "Children" larger than adults were freely playing on equipment clearly made for toddlers. Staff did nothing, despite our repeatedly complaining that the toddlers at our party were being hurt. The entire building seems old, dirty, and not at all taken care of. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, especially when paying so much for a birthday party. For a little more, Monkey Joe's would been light years better for our little ones, in safety, amenities for birthday parties, fun experiences, and cleanliness.

Communication wise all was great until after payment, the two had discussed over the top decorations as well as seeing eye to eye on a vision for the party. Fast forward to the day of and the party is set for 6-8, not a long time for sure but we had an hour block before and after for set up and take down. My mom paid for 3-4 staff members for set up and food and other needs. We arrived at 4:45 and no one was there, 5:00 the DJ showed, the 360 camera people showed. No staff and NO PARTY PLANNER. 6:00 we all showed up and minimal decorations were set up and no food other than the cakes we dropped off earlier were set up. In an effort to stay out of the way of the TWO staff members, one for food and one for decorating, we stayed in the lobby until almost 6:40 before myself and my aunt went in to help the staff members finish setting up. Not one person in the party was able to eat until well after 7, and the decorations weren't set up until after 7 either. Again, the party planner herself never showed up, she got texts throughout the night from my mom about how nothing was what they had spoken about previously, there was food they decided on that never made it out and decorations that weren't put out until well after 7. All in all I felt like a party that was meant to be out of this world was very much put on the back burner. I feel for my mom who thought she was hiring a visionary and really it feels like the opposite. Highly disappointed with how she handled the situation and extremely unsatisfied with her unprofessionalism altogether. 10/10 would not recommend.

She went dress shopping with me and helped me pick the most beautiful dress I could ever have hoped for. Koryn recommended hair and makeup artists who totally nailed the look I was going for. Kelly recommended a local place for me to buy shoes that would be dazzling but still easy to wear all night. The decorations were to die for, the venue was perfectly in keeping with the vibe we were going for, the food was absolutely amazing, and the DJ was exactly what we wanted. We had fabulous mixologists who were so sweet and made two beautiful specialty cocktails for us. They arranged for us to stay at a local bed and breakfast, and while we were at the rehearsal dinner they came in and put my dress on display in the room. It was a beautiful, unexpected surprise when I got there to see my dress on the mannequin! It took my breath away! That really was such a special touch; I couldn't stop staring at it. They took an image I liked on Pinterest and had our invitations modeled after it, and then had them addressed and mailed for us. Kelly made my bouquet, which was beautiful, and then had the flowers dried, pressed, and assembled into a shadowbox wall hanging for me. They seriously took care of every little detail and then some; they went above and beyond in every way. We couldn't have been happier with their service. Kelly was available to talk or text whenever I needed her, even if it was just to vent when I was stressed. We had the PERFECT wedding, and I would recommend Kelly to anyone. She takes dreams and turns them into reality.
