I didn't end up actually seeing anyone, so I can't comment on the quality of the physician or the…read moreclinic's services. When I called to make an appointment, I was directed to the company's main call center and made an appointment for 1 PM the next day, confirming that they accepted both of my insurances. A few hours later, I received a call stating that my appointment has been moved to 2 PM, that they had given me the wrong physician's name previously (who I found out does not even work in my local office), and she was not sure if my insurance--a major carrier--was covered after all (it was). The next day, I received TWO phone calls to confirm the upcoming appointment. I arrived on time for my 2 PM appointment, and at 2:20 PM, there have been no movement in the waiting room. The front desk staff had vanished so I had to open the office door to find a restroom and noticed the receptionist eating in the back room. There were boxes inside along the hallways, two "Sorry We Missed You" UPS labels on the front door, and piles of paperwork on desks. On my way back to the waiting room, I asked if there were other patients in front of me and if the doctor was running behind. Neither staff member was able to tell me how long it would be until I saw the physician, but said they would "clear a room for me." I said that was fine but how long It would be until the doctor came in, and I got blank stares. At this point, another woman in the waiting room informed me that she had been waiting for her appointment since 1 PM, and that no one had come out in that 1.5 hours to speak with her. At 2:40, the physician's assistant came out and I asked again how long the appointment was behind, and she was also unable to tell me. At this point I had a very bad feeling and told her I had decided not to see care with the clinic. She just said "ok" so I walked out. Even though the office was clean and the staff seemed pleasant enough, I came away with a "doctor mill" feeling and found additional reviews online of similar experiences. Probably would not recommend.

Ok ,after going on 5 months n waiting n waiting to see a cardiologist about the ultrasound on my…read morelegs. And being put off twice in seeing Dr Jaluria, being unavailable for whatever reason they referred me to a Dr.Bittenbider( whom I never saw) n had an appt on 5/3 at 2:00 pm .First girl checked me in n only stated I had to go downstairs,so I did. Well the vein center was closed,no one around ,so a nice lady from imaging helped me by looking up my info n said it was showing no appt. N it has been cancelled. Now I never got a call or text other than to confirm my appt like 3 times n two days prior to that. So I thanked her for her help n went back up to cardiology n a 2nd girl looked up my info n yes ,was told they cancelled it n I don't even know why? I would never have driven all the way out there from Hummelstown had I known that. To say I was livid is beyond words n told them I won't be renewing any appt.with that office If that's how you show me my health isn't a concern n a poorly run office to boot. Did I check my phone ,when I left ,yes n there was not a darn thing on it from them . This has been ongoing for me n things got worse with swelling in my legs n feet to the point I was very uncomfortable,so this was started back in 2023 n knew with the holidays coming up would never get in .I couldn't be seen till an ultrasound was done n that was painful itself ,since I also suffer from fibromyalgia n nerve damage in lower legs n feet. To make a senior suffer month after months n be put off n rescheduled several times now n still don't know my results is unprofessional, ridiculous n no amt.of "I 'm sorry " will suffice for me at this point. Now I am searching for another cardiologist n vein center that will give a dam about me n my health ,as this office demonstrated to me their lack of care n will NEVER recommend them to anyone !

Beware of any medical service that advertises for new patients. I have been a business owner for…read moreover 30 years and should have known better; sadly, I trusted Dr. Rossi to be open and honest. This doctor and practice's main focal point is to upsell you to procedures that have consequences beyond what is portrayed. Written consent SHOULD still be mandatory before any procedures. I visited Dr. Rossi, Center for Vein Restoration, for cosmetic purposes ONLY. Once he learned I had Capital Blue Cross Insurance, he insisted on finding the underlying issue before treating my cosmetic desires. This consisted of 9 invasive procedures within a 2-week period. I expressed my concerns, in writing via email, of the potential risks and requested a detailed explanation of what to expect after these surgeries since I do hair for a living and am constantly on my feet. His response was to call him, so he could explain the "piece of cake" procedures and to reassure me that I would not have any downtime stating "you can go back to work the same day". Immediately, I experienced constant pain, swelling, and even a DVT that was not treated. This doctor downgraded and ignored my symptoms, insisting that everything was normal, and continued with the procedures. Overall, Dr. Rossi did not allow my body any time to heal between the multiple surgeries. Not only did I suffer from chronic pain and complications for over 2 years, but my legs now look worse cosmetically. I have hypopigmentation and fat atrophy, resulting in multiple indents all over my legs. It is sad to learn that monetary benefit outweighs the basic code of ethics. Dr. Rossi took advantage of a vulnerable patient for his own profit and I received no remorse for my sufferings. Lesson learned: when finding a new doctor, stay away from the private sector since each procedure makes them more money. I have attached photos below to warn anyone seeking Dr. Rossi's care.
