Very unpleasant and repeatedly contradicted the explanation of benefits we received from our insurance (confirmed in written and oral form) which the practice is bound to abide by as part of the network agreement. They wanted us to pay the full price tag for our daughter's wisdom teeth extraction and deal directly with Anthem for reimbursement afterwards, even though they are listed as an "in network" provider. Not wanting to pay $1,400 more than the amount the insurance confirmed we should pay (Approved Amount), we had to cancel the procedure.
