When I got there she was ready to get me started and instantly made me feel at ease. I had a picture of what cut I wanted and she pulls the scissors out and dry chops some the length before my wash. The Wash! She is MAGNIFICENT! If you have never had Marie wash your hair, you are doing a big disservice to yourself! When she finished cutting my hair in a choppy bob, it was better then I pictured in my head. It's light and free and really moves. She really took my drab, hang-there hair and made it beautiful. When you have baby fine hair like I do, long hair just doesn't work. Take a chance and sit in Marie's chair. I promise you will ENJOY your experience!

I called her and she made up some excuse (and she was very hard to understand). She didn't apologize. She said she would call be back and didn't. Needless to say, I did not feel comfortable and cancelled my appointment due to lack of professionalism.

She is extremely professional, organized, on time, and calls me back within two hours or less. She is knowledgeable and gives great advice when I need it. I recommended Tracy to anyone who is not only ready to meet a committed woman to her craft, but who will make you feel safe in her hands. Lashes: Her table is comfortable, she always has a clean neck pillow, and cleans her hands and she uses hand sanitizer before she touches your face. Her area is spotless. When applying, filling, and removing the lashes she is extremely gentle. The process can take any where from one hour to two and I am so relaxed during the process that I fall asleep. I am so pleased with her work that I see her every month for my lashes. And there is NOT ONE DAY that I don't get a compliment on how natural and beautiful my lashes are. Mirco loop extension: Again, her area is clean and neat when I get the hair put in or retightened. She has all the tools on hand and is very gentle. My micro loops look so natural that my boy friend for a while thought it was my natural hair. Lol She can make any style and look: long layers, ombre, beach waves...you name it and she can do it. Make-up: I just recently started getting my make-up done by her for the past month now. I have a night job and it requires me to wear make up. Since I've been getting my make-up done, my tips have doubled and I am more confident. I literally find a picture of the make-up I want on Instagram and show her, and she produces the exact look, sometimes even better. This is a one stop shop and the most talented lady in the area.

Not only did she do a crappy job she refused to admit it and refuses to refund me any money! She is extremely unprofessional, she had no stool for me to stand on, there were other strangers in the house, dog hair everywhere, and she poked me with a needle! She didn't like that we gave her a bad review so she blocked me and my mother on every and deleted her company off google to avoid a bed review! I continuously asked for my money back because she messed up everything, and she insisted that it was all my fault for not going back to fix it! Why would I go back when she has proven to me that she can't do the job? Anyways, she won't own up to her mistakes, blamed me the customer for her crap job, and will not refund me and is being extremely petty! I'm only posting this review so that you do NOT make the same mistake that I did! During my wedding night I tore my dress because she didn't do what we asked. She didn't offer anything or try to help in anyway after I expressed thaty hair was too dark and not at all what I asked for. She acted like she was doing me a favor actually, by blow drying my hair because as she stated "blow drying does not come with hair color".
