They informed in in order to get a prescription refilled, I needed to schedule an appointment, however the prescription was recommended by an outside doctor. I've had the same conversation now 3 times and not one person I've spoken with has even tried to fix the problem (scheduling an appointment), but have just flat out denied my request. Each time, I've given them details and they have reluctantly filled my prescription. This is super infuriating.

I found doctor Attia on Zocdoc and booked a 5 pm appointment. His staff members, nurse and receptionist are extremely nice, the office is clean and well put together. I came in at 4:55pm, and did not see doctor Attia until 6ish. It's a first come first serve basis. Dr. Attia was extremely nice, he took the time to listen to my concerns and examined my cut. The wait time is a bit ridiculous, but the doctor and his staff are extremely kind, which is something you don't find often.

Then I called the doctor's office to send me the reference letter that I can show to the lab to do blood test. I had to call them 12 times (yes 12) and left 4 voice mails before they returned my call after one week. They told me they will gave the paperwork to me (not to the lab). But never followed up. I called them 4 more times. No responses. Basically, they charged me the office visit, charged insurance company for the annual exam, and still didn't do the most basic work. This is borderline illegal. They are plenty of other offices with good doctors and good staff. Go to other offices, not here.

Too many patients inside on a small waiting section without proper ventilation, too hot that I had to takeoff my overcoat. Patients not wearing a mask and seating too close to each other. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Charles. He's fantastic! He will sit with you and discuss…read moreany questions or issues you have, and he doesn't try to rush you through a visit, like most doctors I've seen. He helped me diagnose my food allergies and has been a huge help with any question I've brought him, and he actually listens and remembers his patients. Dr. Charles is also exceptional in that he won't just jump to prescription medicines to fix symptoms; he wants to find the root problem and treat that, instead of symptoms. He will also recommend herbal remedies and dietary changes when he thinks that will work better than prescription drugs, which is rare for western doctors. The whole staff is very kind, and as someone else mentioned, there is never a long wait. My husband and I both recommend Dr. Charles and his nurse practitioner very highly.
