I am not a fan of this Real Estate Agency. It is just my OPINION that they did not care about my…read morebusiness. Other agencies wanted my business and really tried hard to find me a new place to live and did. I paid $65.00 for a credit/background check here and other than the first rental that I actually found on my own on Truvia this one did not attempt to find a single other rental or option for me. I paid less than half that amount for the same credit check at a different agency in town and they found me 5 different places to look at the very first day. By the end of the next day the agent from the other agency had a landlord approval and a lease in her hand. The rental listing wasn't even with her agency so she honestly stood to make very little money after all of the splits. But she recognized that maybe next time I will be in to buy a house or that I when I go to recommend an agent to a friend that she will get that business. All because for just a little time out of her busy day she took the time to make me feel like my business was important to her. All the while I could not even get the young man who showed me the one house at Home Alliance to return a phone call. I understand in the grande scheme of things that I only needed one insignificant rental and I am aware that the commission is only one months rent but every customer needs to be treated with some degree of respect or you are going to get less than stellar reviews on sites like this. Luckily for them this is not a restaurant so my little review will probably not have any impact at all on their business. But just maybe if they read it they would try and improve the way they treat people and stop blaming the people who wrote the reviews who did not have a good experience. The only business owner that I have EVER seen stand up and respond like a professional on Yelp owns A little restaurant in Manahawkin and he knows that all criticism can be constructive and to try and fix the problems not just ask the customer who had a bad experience to take their review off of Yelp. It's just my little old opinion that there are better agencies in the area that actually want your business and are willing to do a little work to earn your business today and in the future.

They said, they would send you listings via email and never do. They could care less, Lazy & Unprofessional. NOT recommended, Go to another agency!
